Ordered spin bike and other equipment. Bike does not function properly and when I called employee was short/rude. They obviously don’t check to make sure equipment is in working condition. Returning everything. Waste of time

My wife and I are from Chicago, and were in the market for some cardio equipment. We came across Sports and Fitness Exchange through a web search. The prices seemed too good to be true. We were coincidentally coming out to the area for Spring Break, so we checked it out and are so glad we did. We worked with the Store Manager, Naili (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), and could not have been more impressed. She was extremely knowledgable, answered all of our questions, and even gave us tips to ensure no buyer's remorse. We bought an elliptical and recumbent bike that were in like new condition for 33% off. Shipping was free to Chicago. I don't know why anyone would buy from anywhere else.

WORST COMPANY EVER! So.... where to start? I ordered a brand new SFE Stepmill Pro in January of 2022. I was supposed to get it in two weeks. I wound up getting it 4 MONTHS later. I used it for two weeks and then the speed control stopped working. Alright.. it's under warranty for a year. I called, emailed, filled out the warranty form, messaged them on fb messenger. These people left me on read and then they BLOCKED ME!!! Who does that to their customers? I even messaged them on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I must have done this 80 times and here I am over a YEAR LATER and they STILL haven't answered me. The one reply I did get, they said they needed a video of what the machine was doing. I sent them a video, no reply. I went on the live chat on their website again today and all they do is say to email their customer service, which of course does nothing because they don't reply!!! I paid out of pocket for a techician to come fix it, and he couldn't because they won't answer him and he can't get the parts. Worst experience ever!! I filed a claim with the BBB but they aren't BBB affiliated, so they don't care. This is the absolute worst company and worst group of unprofessional ignoramous's that I have ever dealt with.

Best equipment in town very low prices and good quality I buy here all the time and they just never disappoint me very helpful and friendly I love the great service they always provide to me.

Knowledgeable staff. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for and educated me on the equipment I needed me. Did not try to upsell and were instead got me the equipment that was the best fit for me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
