Purchased an x22i Treadmill and numerous other machines. (you would think with the amount i spent they would help more) Managers said they would give me time while I finished building home to set it up and I didnt need to take everything out to check anything. That manager left, when put together my treadmill did not even have the cable to connect the screen to the belt and came damaged all over. They would not return....Be aware of the products and dont trust them check them as soon as you get them!

I wanted to purchase an iFIT membership through them, clicked Apple Pay for $249 (a great deal as it usually costs $396) and the purchase was made instantly. The receipt was for $594, as the shipping charges were a whopping $345!The company representative reached out to me today. There was an error and they have been up front about it and have done the work to make it right.Also, the product I ordered is now en route. The customer support I have received has been top notch.

Honestly I was a bit worried when reading some of the reviews because I am in California but I'm glad I bought my treadmill! It works flawlessly and they even gave me a 1 year family Ifit plan for free which is awesome! My nordictrack treadmill does have some bent metal so the arm sleeve doesn't fit seamlessly but it doesn't affect the machine in any way.Only major downside is the delivery service they used as they refused to deliver it into my house. They were willing to only put it in my garage but that's on the delivery company.

Went to pick up a treadmill and the staff was amazing! The sales team made sure we got the right treadmill for our fitness goals and the warehouse team helped us load and strap down the treadmill into my truck bed securely. Very kind and knowledgeable staff that went out of their way to help. Highly recommend!!

Ordered a NordicTrac 1750 commercial 2 weeks back. These guys offered the best price. They shipped the equipment on time to my home in PA. Customer support was great, they helped setup the equipment and iFit. I will give them 5/5 any day.

First I wanted to say the customer service is amazing. I've been here a few times and they have always been polite,professional, and helpful. I recently purchased the cable machine and leg extension hamstring curl machine. The cable crossover has trouble with extending as there seems to be no bearings in the wheels so I'm getting distorted pulling which sucks. I tried tge one at the warehouse and had no problems. The hamstring curl leg extension machine is about a 5 out of 10 as a couple of things fell off right after the first couple uses. I wish I would have known the quality prior to buying. I spent around 5k and expected more. I now know why lifetime and hoist is a lot more. It's to bad because the people working here give me zero reason to go anywhere else. So for all plates,dumbbells and attachments this is the place. I would ad pics but I don't know how.

I had a great experience at SFE - picked up a treadmill and some dumbbells for the home gym and was very impressed with the customer care. The staff was super knowledgeable on all of the treadmills, were patient with my many questions, and gave me tutorials on the various styles of treadmills. Once I decided on a treadmill, they walked me through the specifics, how to take it apart in case we ever moved, and loaded it all into my truck for me. Very happy with the pricing and service - will definitely be back for more!

Its gym quality and in MY HOME!! I will certainly purchase any future fitness equipment from them. I highly recommend these guys. THANK YOU!!!

I live in Virginia, I was skeptical of ordering, because these prices are the best I’ve seen. After researching I ordered my treadmill and elliptical- they arrived in great condition. I even called the store with some questions on assembly, the associates were very helpful. I’ll be buying my next piece of equipment here.

My wife and I bought a treadmill and a bike from this company and unfortunately were in the middle of moving homes when it arrived so we were not able to set up the equipment within the 90 day warranty period.When we set up the bike, we noticed the screen for the bike did not get shipped. After back and forth for about 6 weeks and shipping us the wrong screen, they ended up shipping the missing screen. They closed the issue out with making sure we understood they did us a favor by shipping the missing part past warranty. Given without the screen the bike would have been non operational. Whatever, one star.When we set up the treadmill, we noticed it had a lot of issues right from the start and was not operational. We communicated with the company but because 90 days were past all they could do was recommend a repair company.The repair technician came out and quickly noticed that the motor of the unit is busted along with 2 other minor things and needs replacement for about $800.We paid $1100 for a treadmill we did not get to use even once and because we were past the 90 day warranty there is nothing they can do about it.For the above reasons I cannot recommend this place and recommend going straight to the manufacturer, where the equipment comes with a one year warranty.
