Do not buy from this sham organization. They don’t stand behind their equipment. I bought a $900 treadmill. It was missing several key bolts and some covers to hide the bolts. I asked them to send them to me and they wouldn’t. Save time and money and buy from another company that stands behind what they sell. Very disappointed. The owner responded to my review but didn’t leave his contact info. Customer service ordered the bolts but not the covers. They said they were cosmetic and didn’t cover them. When I buy a product I hope everything is included. Wasn’t the case. If the owner reads this again please contact me or give me your contact info. CS wasn’t helpful. I received the bolts that were missing but I didn’t get the bolt covers The treadmill looks used and unfinished. I just need the covers. If I could give less than 1 star I would until this problem gets fixed.

Avoid at all costs. Do not purchase anything from this seller. Seller emailed me and offered a full refund, but never followed through with the refund. NO REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED ON MY CREDIT CARD. This seller has no one in customer service who will actually speak with you by phone to resolve issues. Please read my email to the seller and look at the picture (below)___________________________The machine you sent me is defective & dangerous.. The Flywheel is rusted and in horrible condition.I am in disbelief you did not inspect this unit prior to shipment.I spent $150 having the machine built for me.I am an athlete & used the machine 1 time for 30 minutes on level 1 and I became injured and sore after use.I spent another $75 having the machine diagnosed by a Certified Technician.I am angry as hell, I spent $225 extra on this purchase and my body is sore.You need to have this machine picked up and we need to resolve this issue before I take further action.

Everything that I’ve purchased from SFE has been solid and practical. I also like the fact that you can negotiate just a little with the prices. Today when I went in they did not have as much inventory as usual but still a good selection of equipment.

Some of the best customer service around. Great equipment hands down. However, watch out for the tax on the produce you buy. Az State Tax 5.6%, Maricopa County Tax 0.7%, and Peoria Municipal Tax 1.8%. This is crazy!!!!!!

Place is awesome for new and used Gym equipment! Customer service is top notch as well! Sales team (Jake & Tavian) were amazing!

Do not order anything from this FRAUD company. I ordered 14 days ago the treadmill and they said that something mismatched on my information and my order is on "investigation" and they still didn't return the money. Do not recommend this fraud company!

Just places my order for a couple pieces of equipment for my gym! Joshua was professional, friendly and super helpful! He answered all my questions and was even able to find an additional piece of equipment that I had been Looking for! I will 1000000% be ordering from them again. Can’t wait to get my shipment and start lifting!

Great service, they are always helpful the minute we walk into the store.Black Friday is all month. So that was a plus!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered an in stock item that turned out to be out of stock. Per customer service it was a glitch in the system. No problem. I found the item locally and did not want to wait indefinitely, as they could not guarantee my item would ever come back in stock because it is a discontinued product. However when I cancelled my order they charged me a cancellation fee. I am currently in a dispute with the payment company to get my full refund. Buyer beware.
