Plenty of machines, cleaning supplies provided, water fountains available, TVs set to a dozen channels overhead for when you do cardio, very nice atmosphere even if youre just getting into fitness, the black card massage chairs feel amazing after a workout

Managers here stole money from their customers. The managers at lake Elsinore planet fitness "opened" their store, in the middle of a pandemic, did not tell any of their customers. Then charged all of their members the yearly membership, while it's been closed 7 months for a pandemic. They charged all the members for a month and a week of gym use then closed the gym down and issued a statement claiming "no refunds". Planet fitness stole funds from customers and is refusing to give them back.

I’ve been a member since the beginning of operation. This place has always maintained a CLEAN environment. The staff are extremely dedicated to our needs and I would never go anywhere else. The only thing I’d say that would greatly benefit members is a“ kids Club”

Great, simple gym! I love the 30 minute circuit and stretching stations. Being a black card holder I love rewarding myself with water massage bed! Also for black card Total Body Enhancement, tanning, and massage chairs. People go in there with a purpose and are pretty good about cleaning their machines.

Great environment and great equipment. I seem to manage for my size but over all once you figure everything out its a great place to move some weight around.

staff is always nice and helpful. just maintenance is never there.. and they are the only people allowed to change the channels. makes sundays a pain lol

i don't want to give them any star very rude customer service i had black card and nobody stops gest let use the equipment you guys did i bin using that for long time in orange county i won't recommend to go to mission trail planet fitness go to murrieta or orange county is the best they treat so nice ....

Okay place if ur looking to use a treadmill and workout equipment. Classes are every day but at different times. So that makes it difficult for someone who works and doesn't get off until 5pm. But if ur a stay at home person or someone who just want cardio it's for u.

It was my first time at planet fitness and I brought a guest and when I signed up they never mentioned anything about a guest having an id, so when I showed up the guy in the front desk didn’t let me and my guest in because my guest did not have an id. The guy was so rude about it. We were not aware at all about that policy and was not fair to not be let in with a chance.
