Planet Fitness

This planet fitness is awesome. I've been to planet fitness in Honolulu and this one beats it hands down. The equipment is maintained and clean. There is plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes. These is also a 30 min workout and 15 min abs workout station.

I've been attending this gym as a guest with my mom and brother. After a week, i have decided to finally sign up. This gym has been the best so far! it's clean, great customer service, and well organized.

Customer service is horrible and employees do not give out correct information. Manager (Orozco) has no customer service skills and will refuse to help you. While speaking with the manager she had an attitude and didn’t seem interested in speaking with me.The employees are young and seem to have minimal training There is no personal feel to this gym and employees there could care less about the customers.

Awesome gym...very, very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Massage chairs and bed, tanning and body enhancement rooms. Lots of equipment. Locker rooms and showers are immaculate. Very affordable; $10.00 to $22.00 per month.

Started a gym membership here with my hubby last week -- so far we're enjoying it. The location is very close to our house so it's a breeze to get in and out. Parking isn't an use with the huge lot. Great customer service so far -- we got our pictures taken for our cards and also received free planet fitness t-shirts each. It's a very "casual" gym with lots of cardio equipment; it also has about 4-5 Smith machines for squats, etc. But no squat rack, but that's fine. And this planet fitness has a bigger selection of free weights than we were anticipating. Overall, we're happy with our new gym and membership, and will be going as often as we can. Highly recommended if you live close to one

The service is quite friendly and honestly, so are the customers. I've had trouble with a machine and other gym goers have helped me out without me asking. The bathrooms are always clean. I've seen a few people there in denim jeans on the machines, despite it being against the rules.

Only times I go is between 11pm_3am empty gym staff is friendly and don't bother you cheap rates

Amazing Gym! All the equipment I need for a great workout. The staff is nice. I met with a trainer and he was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this gym.

Great gym. Affordable prices. Friendly staff. Always clean equipment. Been coming since september and still coming back.

This is a very nice gym because its not crowded like other gyms. Also people are extremely nice and courteous. The equipment inside is clean and not broken.
