They have no billing phone number. You cannot pay on the app. You cannot pay on the website. The way the billing is run at this gym is scary and unprofessional. It's a nice gym, but you are financially highjacked and have no flexibility on paying ahead. I dont like having this level of disconnection with my financial obligations.

The gym expects you to pay the same rate after they moved from the original location but there’s no more classes, shake bar, parking lot or a sauna. Smaller space and less gym equipment. They are a SCAM!! They are getting over because not enough people have realized this yet.

Will find another gym once I move back to Philly. I had cancelled my membership over the phone before moving to London for studies, but did not get anything in writing. The credit card it had been hooked up to was cancelled, so they couldn't collect against it. After moving, I changed my phone number and was not available on the network - they contacted me via phone after this had occurred, when it clearly was disabled, and did not make any attempt to email me or other contact methods.Used to like them since they represented Philly, but now I can clearly see the lack of ownership they take for their mistakes and absolutely minimal effort required to resolve any issues with clients.
