I went in there with only the intention of getting info and looking around. I was immediately greeted and welcomed at the door by Maddie, who also took me on the tour, answered all questions i had and she even asked me questions like what do i plan on working on and if i like working out alone or like being with a group, etc. Just the over all vibe of that location and how engaged the staff was almost intoxicating. Instead of just getting info, I ended up joining, 70% was because the staff made you feel welcomed

The owners are awesome!!! Be sure to stop next door and get a protein shake and all of your supplements at the Fit Strong Supplement shop. The gym is clean with all new equipment. They have a HIIT training area with ropes, sleds, tires, monkey bars and weight bags to hit. The environment is great and everyone who attends is friendly. They also have a great selection of free weights and they even have bounce weights and platforms to do deadlifts and cleans. One more thing. They have hydro massage machines, tanning beds and redlight machines. Great Gym!

This place is just as bad as LA Fitness. They were doing the $1 sign up.I chose to do so.Next day walking to the store I was asked to sign up again. I stated I already did so. The guy started to tell me about all these hidden charges that the first guy didn’t mention at my sign up.So I told the guy just to cancel my subscription. I wasn’t down to have another million dollars invested in gym fees.Well the guy said he emailed someone and canceled my membership.I’ve never even walked inside the gym. Thinking my membership was canceled.Well apparently not. I just got a debt collection in the mail for almost $300 dollars.Don’t go to this gym.

Truly the best value in Phoenix. Unlimited tanning, massage, redlight therapy, classes, 25% discounts on supplements, smoothies, meals, punching bags, tons of equipment and starting at $9.95 ??? Seriously? All I can say, is this gym is NICE for the price. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

This company just wants to take your money & not refund you. I called them about cancelling my membership here & advised me to come in. Yesterday evening at 6:15pm i walked in to cancel my membership & was denied because they have “closing membership hours” 10am-6pm. Yet why wasn’t I informed about this when I called? Why do they say it will be no trouble to cancel but this has been such a hassle for me. Now I will be charged the third time from this company who will not refund me even though I’ve never stepped on their property until last night. Ridiculous. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Crunch fitness is horrible. I signed up for $1 and was suppose to be $20 the month after but I lost my job and didn't want a overdraft fee sense I didn't have the money on my card so I called and cancelled it but I kept getting card decline from them so I went in and again thought they have cancelled my membership. I started working and the first time I am payed only a small amount from my training period they take my whole check! That I needed for alot of important bills, like my car that I was about to loose and I went in and told them that they didn't care at all! I was so upset even crying, they said I never cancelled it and that I owe them for 2 months when I have never even been there! They didn't care they just wanted my money and they got it! They even threatened to call the cops saying I was yelling because I was crying and they didn't want everyone there to see me! Ridiculous there's alot of better place and prices for the same things anywhere else!

Wow these guys are so passionate about their gym! Their excitement has me excited to jump in and start getting healthier. When I heard that Crunch has unlimited group personal training for 30 bucks, I was like sign me up!! Can’t wait for this place to open!

Very bad customer service. I subscribed with them for 1$ and they confirmed they will give me a call back before my membership begins after their new facility opened. But after few week I forgot that completely but suddenly I started seeing charged on my card. When I called them they said they send me an email instead phone (Which they promised), when I asked them to cancel my service they said I have to go there in person or sent a certified letter..(Really..)..I don know which world they are in..And the tone of the guy who was on the call sounds rude and never care attitude.

ABSOLUTLEY the best place to work out. Not only is the facility setup well, and includes punching bags, the staff is out of this world. From the moment you walk in they are there to support you. They make it like a family. They get to know your name and want you to succeed. People confuse their passion for being pushy.I signed up back in November 2018. The gym got pushed back till January 7th from dec 15th and i was disappointed, but it was worth the wait.Day 1 was a soft opening and some work still needed. But the doors were open. They have a device called a styku that does 3d model of your body which you have to see!I am taking full advantage of the gym services from HIIT group classes, supplements via fitstrong, hydro massage and personal training. I work with Bryan and he does a great job to push you for results but not to that point you cant function in 2 days. If you want a great trainer to keep you accoubtable you won't be disappointed. I have lost 9% body fat in 28 days with the help and motivation. This is a place to be. They say no judgment and they live by it on all levels. Thank you for opening!!

Paid for a premium membership because I wanted to take classes and I was told there would be many different kinds available. Still not open on Jan 4th. Tried to go online and call to find out when they would open. No website and mailbox was full. Went on site on Jan 7th after charge on my card and talked to "owner" Jason. The place was clearly not ready to open and looked as though he gathered friends and pulled people off the street to mill around and sit on machines. It seemed as though this company ran out of money and needed to open their doors so they could start charging people. This pompous young man Jason was smart enough to see I was not going to be bs'ed and offered a refund. He then went on to insult me in a very childish and unprofessional manner. My husband was standing too far away to hear, which was a good thing for all, because he wanted to go back when I told him in the car.If this is who is in charge and how this business operates it will not be rhere long. Also you cannot use your membership at other Crunch gyms. While trying to reach somebody here I called another one amd they were clear about that. Hope this helps Buyer beware.
