Orange Theory Workouts are always challenging, and equally well thought out and varied. I appreciate that the classes always start and end on time. The coaches are great, in particular, Chris, who motivates without shouting and who provides the most hysterical "don't do it this way" demos in the weight room. This year marks my tenth at Orange Theory!

Scam! I have premier unlimited membership and they charged me a late cancel fee when I had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I am filing a complaint with the AG office because this is plain and pure scam. Unacceptable. All people hit by these fees need to come together and file a class action law suit.

I love the fact that the workouts are different everyday. The desk staff and the coaches go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Orangetheory is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Thank You!!

I've been to a lot of gyms and this is the best workout I have ever done. I feel energized after I leave and ready to take on the day. Not to mention the staff is friendly and helpful!

I am editing my previous review as it's important for the public to know what ownership at this studio is doing.About 9 days ago I posted the following review:"I am a member of the PV studio. I went to the studio this summer to put my membership on hold. However, 30 days later they were still charging me my full membership fee each and every month. The PV studio has a reputation of doing this."Today ownership for this studio posted the following response:" While we always strive to provide a best-in-class experience for our members and guests, we know that there are always opportunities to improve. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we're so glad that we were able to come to a resolution with you.Thanks again for the feedback and we look forward to seeing you back under the orange lights soon!"The problem with this response is, the studio and I never came to resolution. In fact, the studio and I have never been in contact since my original review. The above statement by ownership "we're so glad we were able to come to a resolution to you" is simply a flat out lie. There has been no resolution, nor has there been any attempt at a resolution.
