I love this place I like the equipment I like the people that work there, I think the Hydra massages awesome and the massage chairs are a little rough but if you don't mind that their beneficial for the upper back and shoulders for me anyway. And the fact that it's not crowded and you don't have to wait for machines. That's a big plus

Update: It appears that management take their customer service seriously and have already made changes. I revised my review since they took immediate action.Senior Management needs to be made aware that the front desk personnel have deplorable customer service skills. The last several times I've been up there the front desk people or person completely ignore your existence when the are signing people up or workin with another person. A simple acknowledgment of I'll be right with you would be completely acceptable. Numerous times I've stood at the front desk and they completely ignored you and make you feel like to are an interruption to their day. It sets a horrible tone from the very beginning. In fairness to the gym itself, I must admit it is always clean and in overall very good condition. I'll readjust my score and review if things improve. If they don't I plan on cancelling and going to Lifetime Fitness. Please train your employees.

Great location! Spacious, clean, and easy to navigate. Can get busy early in the week but usually I get through my exercise with little to no wait on equipment.I’d like to give particular recognition to Jacob Rankin, an employee at the Plano location. He took the time out of his night - nearly twenty minutes total - to help my fiancée work through a billing issue she encountered in transferring locations from a different state. He was attentive, diligent (making multiple phone calls to our old NJ location), and incredibly polite throughout.

The equipment was new and clean, but I still bring my sanitizing wipes. Most of the facility was clean, but for some reason, in the men's bathroom, the mirrors were filthy. It looked like someone was spitting on the mirror while brushing their teeth. It was not there when I went back an hour later. It's nice to see the staff addresses those type of issues quickly.

The gym over all is good but the bearded manager, Hmmm, he is real proud of himself and is quick to let you know who is he is and how long he has worked there and thinks he is better than some of the highly educated professionals that choose to give their money to the gym. Steer clear of him and hope you don’t need a critical thinker for and customer service issues, your more or less dealing with a group of rejects at the front counter that are obviously only there for a pay check and are useless if you need help. Stay self sufficient and you’ll avoid any issues.

Overall the staff at this location is fantastic. They have a great team and strive to definitely have one of the cleanest gyms in all of DFW. It feels great walking in and being able to workout in a nice , welcoming environment and have great conversations with the people at the front desk.

I went there at 4:30 am as a First Time Guest and as soon as we walked in, we were Greeted with such POSITIVE ENERGY that it made my visit a pleasant one. The place was big and very clean. They have Great work out equipment. They also have these water jet massage chairs and regular massage chairs that felt So Good. If you like to Tan they have nice Tanning rooms as well. I most definitely will go back. I Highly recommend this location.

the place is affordable and clean. i wish they had more variety of equipment. the employee there named sydney is one of the most hardest working people i have ever seen. she is always working hard, keeping busy, replacing weights, just a machine.

So far I have only worked out once. That is not y’all’s fault. Y’all have a great setup. I have been coming to tan. The laydown bed has the facial tanners that I like. What I love about that is that I am only paying $22.00 a month for it and the beds are high powered, clean, and I’m out of there in 12 minutes at the most. Very convenient. I’ve told all of my friends. About 5 years ago I would tan at Palm Beach Tan and it was a hassle. There was a huge chart to pick your membership plan from. I think you could pay $100 a month or more. I think I was signed up for the 15 or 20 minute beds because it was too expensive to upgrade. It was a nice place, but just too high priced. And unlike Planet Fitness, they don’t give me access to an entire gym, equipment, trainers, and structured work out classes. All of your staff has been very helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Hands down the best value for your money. The equipment is brand new Nd always working. The team at the front desk are always friendly. I was a district operations manager for 24 Hour fitness for 6 years I know my way around a gym and this location is light years above most of the local gyms.
