Everything shiny new and very clean, as one would expect with a new facility. All equipment latest and greatest. Everything a super sport should have: pool, spa, sauna, steam room, more than enough cardio and weight machines! Friendly staff! I'm in town on a business trip and this 24 hour is better than most back in Houston

I absolutely love this gym. It's huge and has all the machines that one would need to get in shape. All of the machines are newer and in great shape. The locker rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. It does get pretty busy between 5:30-8:30pm which is standard, if you work around these times then you're all set.

I cancelled my membership at this location when COVID hit. I then moved across the country and 6 months later joined a new location. Imagine my surprise when the same day I signed up at my new location I received a charge on my credit card from this location. I called to get my money back and the customer service person said my account was never cancelled and that I owed over $200 in fees which had been accruing while the location was shut down for months and that she could not request a refund. She then acted as if she was doing me some kind of huge favor by then cancelling the account. She then claimed that no managers would be available until Tuesday (our conversation was on Friday). This interaction makes me not want to affiliate with ANY Planet Fitness and I will be canceling my new membership because they totally lack customer service and seem to strapped for cash during these times so they are willing to trade loyal customers for a few hundred dollars in fraudulent charges to their accounts.

I love going to clubs out of town and seeing the difference. Beautiful club and wonderful staff! The GM (Felix) was awesome! He showed me around and ensured I was having a good experience. Top notch!

Best Planet Fitness I've ever been to. Very clean, very large, friendly staff. Like all PF's they could use fewer cardio machines and more weights but that's just my opinion.

Large facility with countless equipment and very friendly staff. LAFitness and 24 hour Fitness need to follow their lead with cleaning and service. Staff habitually cleaning equipment and they treat Black Card members with care. Hydro massage chairs and beds definitely worth the membership.

My friend works out here while her husband and their little daughter wait in the lounge (PF member). One of the staff in this location did not let my friend take her 3 year old kid to the restroom when the kid wanted to go. They had to go back home. This was such a traumatizing and humiliating experience for her. This "policy" was never communicated to them as part of terms and conditions during start of membership. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I regret recommending planet fitness for her. I will never do that again! If the manager has an ounce of conscience, they should compensate her by refunding the money and apologizing to her for the behavior, as well as retraining the staff and warning them (AT the least).

I moved to McKinney in September. I just recently signed back up with Planet Fitness. I have the black card so I can go to any facility. This is by far my favorite. I love how all the equipment is set up. Will definitely make this my permanent workout facility. I recommend this Planet Fitness to everyone.

Having issues with the past due fees waiver promotion. Signed up with the email and then had my bank account wiped out the next day. Have been trying to get to the bottom of this for a few days now and haven’t been able to get a straight answer as of yet. They seem to like giving us the run around. Love the gym. The staff interactions are always great. Just can’t seem to catch anyone that can help me with this situation.

Very organized on cleaning and sanitation for keeping with covid-19 laws. All the free weights, benches, weight machines, cardio machines, exercise equipment and locker rooms are immaculate, new and well maintained. Very impressed with this planet fitness location. Staff was very polite, knowledgeable, greeted every employee coming and going. I felt safe and welcome at this location as well. Good ventilation for working out and good music selection playing on the overhead system.
