Would give zero stars. 90 challenge was a scam, “managers” are not helpful. Personal trainers are super nice, management and ownership will charge your account and won’t cancel you on time, keep an eye on your bank account statements.

Texas Family Fitness may be one of the worst run gyms I’ve ever had to deal with in terms of customer service. I went in to update my debit card since mine was lost, girl at the front told me I don’t need to change anything due to my card being the same number despite the fact my expiration date and code changed. I received a late fee and they told me to call the support center and I just kept getting pushed back and forth with 0 refund. I cancelled my membership and a month later got charged $54. Asked why and they said they couldn’t help me and again gave me the number to their customer service support center. I’ve called 4 times and have yet to have anyone answer the phone. Ridiculous excuse of a business

Gym equipment is nice and relatively new. Management and staff are lazy as they don’t restock wipes, paper towels, or pick up weights on the ground. Other than that, it’s okay to come here.

If I could give this place a negative star I would.Word to the wise...Don't join ANY of the Texas Family Fitness gyms if you ever plan on trying to cancel your membership, because hell will freeze over before they quit charging your credit card.I called to cancel, and they said I had to do it in writing.I put it in writing in an email...nope, you have to write them a letter and send it via mail.did that, they're still tapping my card.I actually had to cancel the credit card!UNBELIEVABLE

Texas fraud fitnessI wish I could give zero stars for management and billing and front staff. unmanned, illiterate to treat customers gym itself is ok to average not much facility. I informed the front desk, that I wanted to look around and show my 2 friends if it is worth paying less. Both have multigym LA Fitness membershipThe people at the front told me I could not walk around with 2 guests, as I have one guest membership. I am paying 29.99 monthly.I said we have to look at the gym, before we go to LA fitness, but rude staff stopped me to going to the gym and walk around and show me the facility.Please DO NOT open an account here. This is full fake gym target to get your money and provide nothing.They advertise 9.99 or 7.99 but when you go, you have,to pay 300-400$ as a package to get these rates, believe me, they will do this.When I signed their document (I was told, with the plan I can come with family,2 kids and one guest daily) and they won't provide any documents or display anything when I sign. Please save yourself the headache. These people are rude and fraudulent. The guy that did put my name in the system back, is no longer there. Read the other reviews for this Gym and you must go anywhere else but not in Texas fraud fitness. Find a new gym!!!

For the past 2 1/2 months I’ve been trying to cancel the membership at the Garland location and have not got it resolved! After months of trying to get this resolved at the Garland location I then walked into this Plano location and spoke with Chase the manager. He handled the situation within 10 minutes getting my membership canceled and also giving me all of the necessary information that I needed. He provided me with the cancellation information via email, and also explained that I would have access to the gym for two more months! I highly recommend this location as the staff are super helpful and the manager Chase has exceptional customer service!

You get what you pay for at this location. I was told back in 2019 that they were going to do a remodel and that never happened. The gym is usually a mess and you have to search for equipment such as the kettlebells, dumbbells and attachments. The managers are awful and lack customer service skills. I am seriously thinking.about cancelling my membership. Most gyms in my area are around 9.99 a month.

This gym is nasty, straight up. The equipment is either dirty or broken, it smells bad and it looks barely cleaned. The restroom paper towels don’t work and the soap dispenser never works. It’s so bad but I come here because nobody really bothers you and it’s not an intimidating atmosphere.

Terrible gym that is not keeping up with maintenance. Bathrooms are dirty with no soap, paper towel,... Equipment are old and unclean. There is no air circulation in the gym. It's not just hot, there is no air. They are so cheap that they cannot even turn the fan on. The gym also only have 2/3 of their lights on so it always look like you are working out in your mom's basement. Above all... this is my third time leaving my review. They periodically erase bad reviews so do not trust what you see on here.Update: This is my response to the reply from the owner. Yes! I have already talked to the front desk/staff/managers several times. Each time what they do is shaking their heads in disappointment. The lights got fixed a little bit but everything else stays the same. This is an ongoing issues for years. This is on you, the owner. Do not put this on your staff.

I sign for a one time PT promo. After the promo was done they charged my account for two more sessions. Each session was 164.00. They refused to refund the money. So I agree to just work out the two sessions with a PT. On June 13 they charged my account again 164.00. when I call up here I was told my account was be refunded, instead they charged my account again. In total they have stolen 658.00 from me. I sitting here waiting for them to address the issue. Never sign up for anything here. In the few weeks I have talked with the fitness manager and the general manager who assured it would be taken care. I spoke to Nicole at the corporate whoeven the trainer told them it was only a 1 time promo still refused to give me my money back.
