I love this place and the staff here, one thing I can’t wrap my head around is the fact that they have to put up that tent outside everyday. The business is well advertised by itself!!

Open during the blizzard! Very friendly staff. A little packed during peak times, so I recommend planning accordingly. Great price for a gym open 24/7.

I’ve been working out at WOAT plano since 2019 and have always enjoyed my experience. About 2 months ago I started training consistently with Derek and have been blown away by my results. When I first started with Derek I weighed 136lbs and was wearing a size 6. I now Weigh 123lbs and I’m a size 2 and XS in tops and dresses. Derek always makes each workout fun, challenging, and worth the investment. As long as he’s there, I’ll be training with him.

Very clean and nice gym. Has alot for cardio. I never been when its busy times. Theres only one bench and incline. Space around the weight area is small so you gotta squeeze in. Other than that its not bad.

I love the gym. Its always clean and the members and staff are friendly. The only thing I wish it had was a extra bench press because it gets tied up and takes awhile to get on it . But great gym I love it

Have been a member at this club since they opened a couple of years ago. Prior to this I was a member of a big box club that was in decline. If you are thinking about joining a gym, do yourself a favor and check this location out. You will find a very clean gym, with outstanding equipment that works, and a really great staff. Go check them out!

BAR FIRST EXPERIENCE. I just moved to the Plano area, and I was looking to do the Free trial at this location. I get out of work at 7:30pm and went straight to this gym (arrived 15 minutes before 8). I was told that I needed to come earlier because the staff was about to leave. Then I explained that my work schedule did not allow me to come earlier. The only solution was to get a membership for a month and then if I did not like it just cancel it. This shohld be explained when you sign up for the free trial SO PEOPLE THAT WORK LATE DO NOT WASTE THEIR TIME.

Love this place. Enough machines to satisfy everyone. Everything is newer and maintained well. Staff is nice and helpful. All the regulars are friendly and even help out notice lifters. A true family-atmosphere. Also, being open 24/7 is great.
