Great neighborhood gym. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and great down to earth members. MX4 and Sprint 8 workshops are challenging but you feel awesome afterwards. Everyone in group classes are supportive and it’s easy to build friendships and laugh your way through the difficult parts!

They used to be good before with focus on customers, not any more. I had been a member for over 2 years with a premium membership, but not any more. Here are few reasons i would not recommend them:1. Their massage chairs don't work half the time. Few weeks back both chairs were out for like a week. When they do work, you will find people using them for extended periods, even if their are people waiting.2. This gym lacks basic equipment such as jump ropes. I asked several times, and they kept saying they ordered new ones, but they never got any.3. The gym equipment is also is in poor condition. The leg extension machine for one has cracked covers, so if you use the machine in shorts, be prepared to feel the pinching pain from that area. Same with the bicep machine.4. They also try to nickle and dime you when you try to end the membership. 30 day notice makes sense, but they charged me a whole years maintenance fee even though i was quitting the gym before the renewal date. I asked to talk to the owner and still no contact even after waiting over a week.Honestly their are better gym options in this area, which are cheaper too, with better amenities, such as sauna room, red light therapy, tanning, better / more massage chairs, cycling, turf area and group classes.

Very clean, the best part about this gym, is that I can go there anytime, I used to go to the rec center but I would miss my workouts due to running out of time. I can come here at 3:00 am if I want to and get a full workout in. Not to mention that they have tons of machines, weights, and pretty much something for everyone. Highly reccomend

We have been very happy members of this location for several years. The equipment is all very modern and in great condition! The gym is layout clean and today and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoy the body mapping technology and massage beds. Of you haven’t tried the REACT eccentric trainer, get someone to show you how! Great all body workout!

Family owned, fantastic atmosphere, clean facility,friendly staff and members. 24/7 anytime access was most important for me. Free tanning and hydro massage for upgraded memberships.
