The original 24 fitness we were going to in Plantation canceled the kids club. We had bought 4 memberships from Costco for our family of 4. We were forced to change to the super club and wouldn’t have minded it. Upon going there (the super club) during the holiday season, we were told it ( by one of the managers) it would have been 10$ extra. That was wrong. When came back to actually sign up, after the holiday season, apparently it was 40$ extra per person for my whole family except for the person the kids club was attached to. That manager gave us the 10$ figure without looking at my contract which said Costco. Apparently they wouldn’t honor Memberships bought at Costco. So I called Costco and of course, in true Costco fashion, they returned ALL my money! IN FULL!!! That’s why Costco will always have my business and the four of us will never step foot in a 24 hour fitness!! Customer service goes a long way. If these memberships would have been honored, we would have stayed with 24. But they lost not one but 4 members! That’s the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time.

Assistant manager told me I cannot use the trial even though I'm graduating in 3 months and would be working locally. I was planning on getting a membership when I returned, but not anymore. Never had such horrible customer service in a gym. I sincerely hope corporate looks toward remedying this issue with this particular employee; it's just not good business. LA fitness just got another customer.

This 24Fitness gym is substantialy we’ll maintain and a great place to work out.I come from California with Sport membership. Most have a pool with three lanes, sauna, steam room and whirlpool. I am a swimmer and this facility is in tip top shape. They have upgraded the pool area and I did enjoy their work.The work out room upstairs is well layout and all machine are working and keep maintenance up to date.I have been working out here for over a week and it is a great place.

The only reason I go to this gym is because it's incredible close and open 24 hours. Aside from the training area downstairs, there's absolutely nothing special here. Once LA Fitness re-opens, I'll be cancelling my membership immediately.The facility itself is clearly old, and reeks of must and sweat when entering. The majority of the machines are terribly antiquated and are not properly maintained. Several of the numbers have faded off the weight stacks, and most are rusted and dirty. The floor is CLEARLY never cleaned, and dust clods, hair, and other things that belong in the trash. can be seen all over the place, especially gathered around the base of the machines.The studios rooms are no better. Yogis beware, as you'll be exposed to tons of hair and dust as your hands and feet move on and off the mat. Bring your own broom if you want a clean floor.

Been coming here for 2 years. Nice and usually clean. Staff is friendly. Wait times for certain equipment aren’t bad. I really like it here. Only thing they could do better, is keep paper towels stocked. Not uncommon to have all but 1 empty. Also replace the broken squirt bottles instead of moving them around like musical chairs. Like any gym, people can’t count, so dumbbells are tough to find. Other than that, good place to workout.

The reason I go to this gym is because it's the closest gym that's open 24 hours. They have plenty of equipment and space. I love the CrossFit area on the first floor and it's the most updated space in the gym.Can't give this place more than 3 stars though. The cleanliness is terribly lacking. Locker rooms and bathrooms are quite disgusting. The workout equipment is almost always dirty (and dated). The staff are OK, though not super friendly.Considering how many people go to this gym I would think they would put some money into renovations. The space is nice and 24 hours open is a win. Update the space, or at least clean it really well, and this could easily be a 5-star location.

As others have mentioned the only benefit to this gym is that it is open 24 hours. Weights are all over the floor, equipment is not managed or kept up and the bathrooms are disgusting. I have to say this is the worst gym I have ever been to …
