This place is a complete rip-off. "Watch your wallet" all they are after is your payment! Go to Planet Fitness, they are more professional and more economical.

Amazing gym. Not too crowded. Friendly staff. I go here all the time and never have a problem.

It’s a very good gym with one exception. There’s a bad wifi connection on the right side which is where I personally spend a lot of my time working out. It would be great to extend the signal to that area to provide a more stable wifi connection. Thank you.

Don't ever get a membership of this place. Because they make it so difficult to cancel and they drag on while they continue to charge you. They ask me to prove I moved to another city otherwise I can not cancel my membership. all they want is your money! This is the first time I ever reviewed a business on google because what they did is very wrong!

I love this gym!! All of the machines are clean and work properly. The staff are very nice and welcoming. If you sign up for a gym come here and you won’t be disappointed. Great service and a great gym.

Recently moved up from LA and signed up at the location in Pleasanton after trying the gym some days. Training is an integral part of life for me and huge on health & fitness, so I was pleased to find a local facility that offers plenty. There are areas to allow for many training styles & a wide selection of equipment for resistance training. In addition, the lockers are nice & the staff friendly.

Nothing but positive things to say about this gym!!! All of the workers and trainers are exceptional and in particular Abby Cristobal is amazing!! She is one of the most positive people I’ve ever met and she’s always willing to answer questions or just have a conversation with you! There’s never been a time where I’ve gone to the gym and have seen Abby not in a good mood and with a smile on her face and little things like that means so much to my dad and I ! My dad and I both attend this gym and we have had nothing but amazing interactions with every single person in this gym! My dad lives in Oakland and he could potentially go to any gym near him but he decides to drive to Pleasanton every day to attend this specific gym because of how amazing it is! Finally, the community at this Fitness 19 is so welcoming and we both have many friends at this gym! If you are looking for a new gym to attend, I’d highly recommend becoming a member at the Fitness 19 located in Pleasanton, California!

Absolutely love this gym! I used to go to 24 Hour Fitness, but cancelled my membership and came here instead. I love it so much. It is very spacious and has a lot of equipment. Staff is super friendly and welcoming.

We came to the gym yesterday for 3 day pass trial. The front desk staff and sales person did not do their job well. They were not friendly and were trying to finish the conversation as soon as they could. We were trying to ask more questions about memberships but the sales person seemed to be too lazy to explain and told us to check whatever we are looking for on their website. We understand that this place is not an upscale fitness but the service we received yesterday was not acceptable. We think the facility there was alright but the service is so terrible that we don’t want to sign up for the membership.

I've been going to this club since I was 12, before it was even under the Fitness 19 name. Always been a fan of the equipment and friendly staff over the years. The gym has changed a lot in the last couple years with upgrades to equipment, bathroom renovations, and an expansion into the building next door. Now it feels super spacious and clean. Props to Abbi and Megan for being really kind all the time and doing a great job taking care of the place.
