I absolutely love training at discover strength particularly with Andy. I love the personal attention, specific plans and goals, accountability, and general atmosphere. I have made huge improvements with very minimal time invested in the grand scheme of things. Andy- you ROCK!

I can't say enough about the quality of the trainers, the equipment, and the experience. The staff are very well trained, professional, and always a lot of fun. I am consistently amazed by my results. I never stop improving! I owe it all to the awesome staff at DS.

DS is a great bunch of people that are all working in concert to assist you in achieving your individual goals. I have only done the 1on1 workouts, but I have heard great things about the groups as well. If you are thinking about it, just do it. The first session is on the house and gives you a taste of what to expect.

Discover Strength is the best thing you can do for your health. I've never been healthier or looked better. 50 years old and going strong thanks to DS. 30 minutes is all you need. Stop working out every day and go to DS twice a week. You'll be amazed what a difference a really hard, supervised workout can make for your body.

I’ve been working out at DS for nearly 2 years now. Words cannot even begin to express how wonderful of an organization and fitness center DS really is. The dedication and time the staff provides to each of their guests is truly amazing. They greet you personally by name when you arrive or leave their facility and make you feel like a valued customer (even if you reluctantly tell them how you’re really feeling during and after a strenuous workout!!). All the trainers are fabulous. A super big shout out to Kayla, Brandon, Andy, Emily, Xavier, David K & G, Jake, Jack and of course the front desk respresentative, Rachel, whom make the Plymouth DS location so great!! Thanks everyone!!

"Where everybody knows your name . . . ." It's empowering to go to Discover Strength here, right from the start, when everyone greets you by name. The service feels genuine and personalized. Also, the equipment is muscle-specific, so I have not experienced the injuries that I had when lifting free weights.

I have been training at Discover Strength (Plymouth) for about a month and a half now and I love it! I come from a background of strength training regularly 5-6 days a week at the gym and with trainers. When I first started DS, it was hard to wrap my head around the concept of only working out 2 times a week and for only 30 minutes. I have to admit, I was skeptical.Prior to beginning at DS, I had a Bod Pod in order to see what my starting point was. I began training shortly thereafter and after 3 weeks of training (6 workouts), I committed to the 4 week Body Comp Challenge,which I am still currently participating in. Before starting the challenge, I had to have another Bod Pod in order to accurately track my challenge results. I did the Bod Pod an to my surprise, I already had significant improvements in only 3 weeks, I lost 8 lbs of fat, put on 4 lbs of muscle and dropped 4% body fat! The results speak for themselves, yes, I was mindful of what I was eating those 3 weeks, but I did not deprive myself of calories, the occasional drink or even a treat(s).To say I am pleased is an understatement, I'm excited to continue training at DS and to see the changes in my overall body composition as well as my strength gains!TRAININGI thought in all my years of training that I knew what muscle failure was.... and yes, to a point I did, I just never knew how far I could be pushed after that point of perceived muscle failure. At DS, you will be pushed to absolute muscle failure in only 1 set of a specific exercise. Each week, I feel stronger and I have either increased my weight and/or my reps, it's a really good feeling to feel your progress before you "see" your progress.TRAINERS /STAFFThe staff are all amazing, everyone is very friendly,professional and knowledgeable. I have never once felt uncomfortable or intimidated, I look forward to each and every workout.If you thinking about DS, I encourage you to take advantage of the free introductory workout and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been training at DS for over a year now. The facilities at The Plymouth location are always well maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly. The training team is always very encouraging, positive and polite. As an older client, the extra care and attention each trainer dedicates is much appreciated. Lastly, the way the training team presents themselves is always upbeat and greeting their guests with a smile even when their clients know what pain lies ahead!!! Overall, I would highly recommend DS to anyone interested in improving their health and increasing their strength!!!
