Discover Strength (DS) is a great place for strength training. I get a full body workout every time, in the time they promise. They are also good about adjusting the intensity of the workout down for me when I feel like it's getting to be a little too much. They are also very good at encouraging me to push harder at the end of every set - while keeping the encouragement positive.

The trainers at Discover strength are all professionals that will help you reach your workout and strength goals. There process is science based and proven - I have come here for almost 4 years. I have a physically demanding job but I feel stronger than ever and have no issues performing at the highest level in my profession. The DS approach has made it possible to fit this in my busy schedule and make it part of my weekly routine!

Discover Strength provides an intense, focused workout in just 30 minutes. You will not find better trained or more professional trainers anywhere. This is not your typical fitness center, your workouts are designed specifically to provide you with the maximum benefit during your session and the trainers provide guidance on your form so you don’t “cheat”.I have been using DS for 6 years and have benefited in gains of strength and endurance like no other workout that I have ever tried. The workouts are science based and you will see the benefits of their knowledge in your personal improvement.As least go and try the free introductory session, I am certain that you will be hooked!

These guys are great! What a fantastic place to workout and become educated at the same time. I discovered that I had been lifting weights inefficiently and basically all wrong - it only takes two, 30 minute workouts a week to build muscle, gain strength and lose fat. These guys will show you how to do it the right way. All the trainers I have worked with have been outstanding and motivating. It is clear that they care deeply about their jobs. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you want to build muscle, lose fat or gain strength or all three, this is the place.

Professional, efficient and adaptive workouts. Trainers do individual and group sessions (cost varies). I do all group sessions and they last no more than 45 mins. I feel like I get a very tailored workout. More effective and less expensive in my experience than similar sessions at a large club gym where I previously held a membership.They place a heavy emphasis on ensuring that you are doing all exercises safely (correct settings for height, etc) and in line with what research has shown to produce an effective workout.In addition to trainer sessions, they offer services like bod pod/body composition, concussion prevention and goal-specific training (ex marathon/runner).
