Hi, I used to go here a lot and I really liked it. They had good equipment and lots of towels. They also had a sauna/hot tub and pools. The workers were very chill. Some of the members were a little weird and didn't (did not) really know how to lift, but they were doing their best. Other than the occasional strange member using equipment wrong when you are trying to use said equipment, I enjoy. Bless.

Time to get some new basketballs, what's available for use is embarrassing given the price of a membership. Takes 2 seconds to take inventory and you have staff on the courts everyday right? It shouldn't have come to this.

The gym is good with latest equipments but I experienced a very bad customer service with Adam. He gave me a false information at the time of joining and when I cancelled my membership we came up with a different policy which had no refund. While talking to him at the time of joining he said just the opposite of that policy. So my recommendation is that please read the agreement before you sign.

So many doors and glass walls but I figured out how to leave. I love the idea of swimming lanes so I checked it out. I can't say I understood everything. But I liked the amenities very much. I'm accustomed to at MG Lifetime. 5/5

Extremely unpleasant experience today for my wife taking kids to their swim lessons. She was accused of trying to Check in as someone else who was a member when all she did was to get kids to their lessons. When someone doesn’t know the process, it’s up to the front desk team to make people understand. When called up to talk about the issue, the manager on site was pretty much accusing us saying she “caught” her in the process. For a club passing of as premium in its category, we expect the experience to be much better.

Gym that uses fine print to their advantage. Should’ve read the entire conditions before signing up. They won’t tell you when signing up initially, but if you cancel then you’ll get charged for nearly the full following month. “You have to cancel 30 days in advance”. What if I don’t know in advance?? Taking a customers money for services they did not receive is not ethical in my opinion. I can’t imagine charging my own customers for services I did not provide.Edit: I did not sign up online, it was with the concierge. They did not mention it to me.

The pool area and locker rooms are always dirty. I’m fact filthy at most times. Much of this space is also neglected for maintenance. Once was a great gym, now falling apart and rotting. Yet the membership costs more than ever. $120 a month individual membership for this wretched place. I will change over to the Y.

My family and I visit 3–4 times a week and we ALWAYS enjoy being here. The childcare staff are wonderful and the kids' programming is so terrific. My wife and I are working out with a personal trainer named Scott, and he's just the best. I spend most of my time either in the jacuzzi or on the workout floor. You can visit during the day and work on your laptop in the cafe if you want. Five stars all the way, bay-bay.

I’m not sure why other people have rated this gym so poorly. This Lifetime is great!!! One of the best features is the diving pool that is 13 feet deep. They have tons of swimming lanes and the oversized hot tubs were perfectly clean and very relaxing. The staff was totally top notch and were friendly in every way possible. I’m hoping they will have me as a guest again when I come to town because it was a perfect experience from start to finish.

Jon Knutson refused to serve us. They decided they wanted to close early. I think it was because of race color. Complaint in with Life Time for 2 weeks and still nobody has contacted me.
