This is a well run lifetime. It is always clean, equipment is in good condition, and only have to wait for machines at the busiest times. It has a big indoor and outdoor pool with good outdoor slides.

Several years ago, I was very underwhelmed by the Plymouth Lifetime. Staff at the desk were impolite, and it seemed like I was constantly being kicked off squat racks for classes that reserved half of equipment in the gym. However, this facility has really turned around recently. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, and the equipment is much more usable. Would definitely recommend a membership here.

I have been a member of this fitness facility for years and find it to be a wonderful "one stop shop" for almost anything you could want to do in terms of fitness. Especially in a wintry climate such as the one we have in Minnesota, large indoor areas where you can stay active are invaluable. The massive indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities are part of what sets this particular gym apart, although one should be aware of the fact that a local swim team also makes use of it. The gym can become very busy at times, so I had to experiment a bit to find a time that matched my own schedule but was not the busiest time of day at the club.

The equipment is on par, the amenities are decent, and the environment is setup for workout success. The staff overall is pretty good, but an occasional hiccup i. service happens when you have a question.Overall, its a great location to workout and meet your goals.

Always a great gym with good options for most fitness folks. Kids club is really wonderful but a tad hectic when busy. The kids love it, though. Downsides? No indoor walking/running track. Plus when its busy the staff could be out on the floor more and chat a but less.

The only good thing to say about this gym is it is certainly very profitable. It is far, far over capacity. 100+ dollars a month, (1300+/ year, premium right?) for a membership and every weekday between 4-7 it gets so busy you can't even walk through the gym, even less exercise. Have arrived, gotten changed, & walked into the weights area just to turn around and go home because I couldn't make it to the squat racks without basically kissing someone. Have more than once been stopped in the middle of my workout and kicked off of my rack for some class. Twice I have been locked out of my locker with no clothes while using the steam room, had to wait thirty minutes for a staff member trying to close the locker room to walk in to get my things and leave. Why was I there when they close? It's the only time you can actually exercise! Wanna use the climbing wall, but don't have a friend to come with you every time? It will be something like 10 dollars every time you go up and down the wall for a staff member to belay you. Want a smoothie from the "lifecafe"? Minimum 10 Dollars. Men's haircut from the "Lifespa"? Minimum 50 Dollars. Want to cancel your membership with this terrible business? You have to call them so some salesperson can offer you the chance to continue to give them 15 dollars every month to be on their marketing email list. Very nice looking place to be squeezed for every dollar.

The manager on Duty, was unbelievably rude before any words even came out of her mouth. I will be coming back at another time to speak with another manager. I've never had such problems with any gym. I felt gross even before I started my workout due to the conditions of the locker room. I presume they don't have someone cleaning it regularly. I would recommend anyone who has a smaller/local gym near them to use them. I would be embarrassed if I were this company.

I really like this gym. The facility is clean and well-equipped. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. I have been a member for 2 months. Here's why I give 5 stars:1) On my first or second day, I locked myself out of my locker. Someone on staff, who I had to interrupt to get help opening the locker, came and opened it for me with a friendly and cheerful attitude.2) A front desk staff-member has been so friendly and has remembered MY name (and my wife's name) and greeted me with it on every visit. I go by my middle name, so it's not the one she would see pop up with my membership. It's a shame I can't remember HER name right now to give her kudos!3) Yesterday, I dropped a Christmas card (with cash in it!) on the floor without knowing it. I had to drive back to the gym to look for it. The front desk found it, held it for me, and the cash was still there when they gave it back to me.These are three small examples that add up to an overall very good experience for me.If I had one very minor nit-pick, it would be that there don't seem to be quite enough barbell spring collars floating around the free weights area (power racks and benches). I can always scrounge and find what I need, though.

Really wish they would properly clean their sauna and steam rooms. I transmitted a staph infection from their steam room and if you look in the sauna it is very apparent it hasn't been cleaned in months. I put a piece of gum beneath a board in the sauna, just to see if it ever gets cleaned, and it's still there almost 4 months later... Other than that I love this gym but I do feel they're putting members at risk with poor sanitary practices in places where sanitation is very important. I've also witnessed multiple fistfights happen at this gym and I still see those members here all the time, so not sure what's going on with that lol.
