A wonderful, well-equipped gym. The staff were very helpful in addressing my questions, and it inspired me to move and exercise the way I want it! I am a dancer, and them encouraging me to dance wherever I feel comfortable in helped me regain my confidence back with my motor skills.

Nice gym. Lots of amenities, but a bit on the pricey side. Many services and classes cost extra on top of the $120 (7/2022) monthly fee.

I used to love lifetime fitness. For the most part the atmosphere is great. But, some of it is not good at all. For the price, I feel like the staff should be more welcoming. I came in wanting to speak to the Concierge Manager which is Susan Howe. She was very rude. I was interested in switching memberships. But, she did not want to go over all of the options with me. When I joined Lifetime I met with the previous manager John and he was amazing! He explained everything, and I felt so comfortable spending this much money for the gym. He took me on a tour as well! I think Lifetime should do better.

Jackie is the one who did my nails, I told her I didn’t like it the way it looks, I told her nicely and her being so rude that was uncalled for it’s. I know how to take my business elsewhere. It’s not cheap I paid $95. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t know to complain. Be kind!

Way too big of a gym for me. Staff was nice but not aware that I was new to the gym and I was easily lost. The lockers are a pain to use. I’ll stick to my smaller gym.

I am writing about kids camp, my child went to this camp had the worst experience. The staff are the yang kids who have no clue how to keep children's involved together in the activities. They charge a lot of money for the camp and its absolutely not worth it.

Liz the general manager is very rude, and unprofessional. I was not aware of the full time mask mandate. I told her I just moved from texas, and did not know the rule, but i was willing to comply. with no warning of the rule, she terminated my account, and coprorate said i cant regain access to any clubs.

Unfortunately the staff here are very rude and don't know how to treat people of color. They treated me like I didn't belong there or I was in the wrong neighborhood. I'm a member and every time I'm there they ask if I am a member jokingly …
