Clean and bright environment and the people were friendly, just not a place for me personally (I powerlift/bodybuild/train as an athlete). Just felt awkward with how quiet it was (don't think there was even music playing) and there was an alarm on the wall so I didn't feel like I could make any noise at all (even putting weights away). Might be a good place for some but definitely not for all

This Planet Fitness location has been great. Never too busy, very clean, and has pretty much everything you need. I usually workout in the middle of the night, so I do hope they go back to the 24 hour access.I have read many complaints about the staff, but I have never had anything but positive interactions with them.

Wish it was 24hrs. The staff is prompt and polite. The gym is clean and well kept. The app is great to determine volume of people in the gym.

My family has been coming to this club for a year and a half. It's very clean, has lots of space to workout and a variety of equipment. They've got some new hires and one in particular is fantastic! Dallen is so nice and knowledgable. I wouldn't have even known that she was a new employee if I hadn't been coming here for a while. Always a positive experience at this club!

I'm able to come in exercise use the equipment without having to wait in line and people wipe down equipment after they're done so never do you have to get on a machine covered in sweat. I love the fact there's no grunting and groaning. I also love it they have so many TVs there that you can watch whatever you want. I just wish the audio from those channels would stream through their app

This is a great workout facility and the attendants are great. They greet you each time you come in and leave, the locker rooms are also clean and they have plenty of lockers. The only complaint I have is that it is way too hot inside, even with the overhead fans on. The inside temperature is about 75 (or higher). I’ve asked the front desk attendants multiple times if they could turn the heat down, and they say they are unable to but will leave a note. I’m not the only customer who has complained about the heat. Being a workout facility and with people actively doing aerobic exercise, you think they would have it at a cooler temperature.

I really like my planet fitness, I just wish the staff would spend more time on the floor then behind the counter. Also it would be nice to have new equipment. Maybe monitor the equipment that doesn't get used, and replace it.

Unfriendly staff. I tried to talk with some one at the front desk about an issue and was completely dismissed. The gym itself is good. But the staff don't seem to be that nice or friendly
