I've been going in here for about 6 weeks ~ I've been pleased ~ staff is helpful, the place is in fairly good repair, and seems clean enough ~ I appreciate their "No Judgment Zone" motto ~ so far I'm feelin' the love with this tribe!

I wish I saw people actively cleaning equipment and the area more often. I wish there were more visible UV lights to aid in killing bacteria. I am sad to see machines out of order. I also don't understand why the WiFi is locked and there isn't WiFi Available to customers.But it is the cleanest gym in Pueblo.RE: The gym's response. Yes... I realize you don't police members when it comes to sanitizing. But I also saw one of your team members aimlessly wandering with the swiffer duster for over an hour and thought to myself...hmmm why would dust collect if they were regularly (every 20 minutes) sanitizing machines? A swiffer duster just doesn't give me "so fresh and so clean" vibes. I'm sure you can understand.

I would totally give them 5 stars!They did amazing with the lockdown and continue to do wonders with Cleanliness.Didnt have to worry at all about getting covid at a "hotspot".Friendly staff as well!The only reason, why I'm putting 4 stars (which has nothing to do with them) is since because a membership is a lot cheaper than most gyms, they get a lot more guests and at times it can feel to cramped. Sometimes waiting for a machine can turn into a headache, but! They do have a trainer that's usually willing to give you a session or at least spot for you if you need someone.Recommended gym for that price, for sure!

Signed up for Black card due to my heavy travel and was told I can use any planet fitness in USA...have had nothing but problems especially at Pueblo location where I am met with dismissive desk clerk 2 times now basically throwing her arms up and saying nothing she can do?! SEAN has bailed her out past 2 visits through using customer service skills and common sense approach. Thank you Sean

I just do my own thing i dont bother anyone, but employees overall friendly i can see places where it is dirty and havent been clean but overall im satisfied with the areas that are clean meaning where people walk or use equipment etc, cant clean every crook and cranny. but if masks come back to gym i would defiantly not go back it was annoying especially while doing cardio such as elliptical, stairs, and treadmill.

Nice gym but the blackcard membership room is hot. The girl at the counter told me the temp was was 72 but it wasn't. Not very comfortable for someone who is a blackcard member. She tried to blame heat on tanning beds. Wow

I have been working out at Planet Fitness on and off for the last couple of years and I have spent the majority of my adult life working out in various gyms. I have learned over the years that it is important to have modern and an adequate amount of equipment to facilitate the members, but this is not what makes a great gym. The relationships with the staff and other members is what makes a gym worth coming back to everyday. The management and team at Planet Fitness always makes me feel welcome every time I walk in the front door. They call me bay first name and tell me to have a good workout. They are always eager to listen to my encouragement or issues I see in the gym and are always prompt to correct these issues as I bring them up. I am very thankful for the staff at Planet Fitness who make a normally mundane ritual into a good time around some good people. I travel a lot and planet fitness is always there to keep my mind clean and to sweat out all the stress. I’ve been to 25+ different locations 15+ states.... Here in PF Pueblo I feel like home. The best staff! Robert and the crew are friendly, always positive and will do their best to accommodate you. Big plus is they stay open 24/7 during all this time! Thank you guys! I will always stop by wile in the area!

I love going to this gym. They are super friendly, very clean, and rarely packed. Even during this ridiculous pandemic, with all the social distancing restrictions, and extra sanitation requirements, they are just great. Pueblo needs more businesses with the culture I experience here. Regrettably, I don't work out at this location as often as I used to because I moved further North, but I have to salute the crew here, especially day crew. Most of them seem to remember me on a first name basis although I rarely say much to anyone while I exercise. That kinda thing makes even the loneliest people feel a little special, and it needs to be recognized. Thank you, guys. You're amazing!
