24 Hour Fitness

I signed up online for a guest pass to visit this location. I was previously a member but switched gyms and couldn’t remember why I switched so I just wanted to spend one day at this gym to see if it was worth it to come back. Signed up for the guest pass online and drove to the location. The guy at the front desk recognized me and told me I was unable to use my guest pass and would have to instead pay $20. Then I remembered why I stopped using this gym. It’s the staff. They are rude and I will not be joining this gym again.

The showers were disgusting. It's obvious they haven't been properly cleaned in years. Just gross

I signed up for a 3 day trial being I’ve never actually been to a 24 hour fitness and live two blocks away. I showed up and no manager was present to “sign off” on a guest pass, but I was given a 20% off select memberships… Oh well, plenty of other gyms in the area.

This gym is always so clean And the staff is super friendly. I love coming here I always get the best work outs. My trainer destin is amazing too!

If your trying to get a good/decent workout in, this is your place. Good/decent, slightly aging workout equipment mixed-in with new equipment. Great sauna and steam room, with a semi-clean (lap) swimming pool. Pretty clean locker rooms. But if your trying to get cardio in thru hoopin’/playing basketball, go to the 24 in Murphy or Plano, or even the Royal Ln location in Dallas..For the longest (before getting a statewide gym-access membership with 24 Hour Fitness) I thought this location had at least one basketball court, but was rightly disappointed; Considering I just changed memberships from the local Richardson LA Fitness…if your tryna get a one gym, local membership with access to a basketball court in Richardson, get a membership at LA Fitness instead!

This place is digusting. Especially the locker room/showers/steam room. I've been coming here for a year and not once has the shower stalls been cleaned or power washed. There's grime and mold in every crevices. There's only a couple of shower heads that let out a decent amount of water pressure for you to wash yourself, while others just drizzle. Alot of people I've talked to feel the same way I do and a lot of them have migrated to this other gym. I will be joining them. I would have left sooner had I not been talked into pre-paying for a whole year. That was my bad.

As a potential and likely future member, my 3-day guest pass experience at 24 Hour Fitness in Richardson was appalling on only the first day which I've been robbed of. I biked to the gym in hot summer weather only to be turned away due to policies against guests during "peak hours." The woman at the desk showed no consideration for potential future members like myself, who had not been informed of such policy until arrival.

Had to drop this down to two. This place is filthy and management obviously doesn't care at all about it. Several requests by several members have gone unanswered. The paper towels were constantly not filled so they pulled all three dispensers out of the bathrooms. The soap on the showers is often unchecked. They never scrub the showers. Theresa in the mornings is amazing but it's obvious the night crew does absolutely NOTHING to help her. Whomever opens Fridays is almost always late, sometimes as much as 30 minutes. This place is atrocious.Nope, pretty much exactly the same. I'm quitting and going to Lifetime.

I used to come here frequently several times a week. The equipment was either broken or rusty almost broken. The machines were never wiped down by other members. The gym was hot don’t think the air ever worked I paid alot to only get so little. I did enjoy the app they have but it’s time to find a newer gym with functional equipment so I can get a good workout in.
