I cant believe 24 hour fitness isn't open 24 hours. The ones that actually are open for 24 hours are a half hour drive away from me, so I can't even upgrade to one that does...

I miss Theresa so much. When I have a chance, I’ll come and visit someday because I’m hopeful that she’ll understand that I moved out from Texas area. While I’m not there, I wish that Lin would leave Rachael and her friends alone.

As far as equipment goes, could be better or worse; no complaints though. The staff, however, specifically Seth, is excellent. Seth was knowledgeable, understanding, and able to help me effortlessly. Whatever you pay him isn’t enough, get that man a raise and I’ll happily be back

The manager zack is nice but could use some improvement on guiding his team. And cleanliness of the facility

The gym is much smaller and more unkept than other 24 hour fitness, with buckets to catch leaks, bad bathrooms, and months without rope attachments. Not the best gym, not for the price.

The gym has the necessary equipment needed for a workout but the reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of how outdated and dirty it is. The machines look like they haven’t been cleaned in years and are clearly not thoroughly cleaned at the end of the day. Most of the machines are also incredibly outdated (if they even work). If the gym itself is dirty, I wouldn’t dare to go into the pool or jacuzzi. This place really needs a cleaning crew and maintenance team. The only plus is how spacious it is.

I went with my husband as a guest but I was told since it is summertime they are not honoring visitor passes. I was offered a membership at a good price. We used the jacuzzi and it was great. The problem I have is the WHOLE swimming area is disgusting. You can literally see black (what I think is mole) in between the tile lines. I wanted to throw UP!!!!!!!!

So, they still can't seem to make it on time on Fridays. This morning I stood outside the doors until 5:10am... my phone, AT&T, said it was 5:10am. So I finally walked to my car and left, followed by three other cars. Around 5:40am I called the gym and someone answered. He actually claimed that the doors were open at 5:07am, and acted like even if it was only 5:07, which is wasn't, that it wasn't an issue at all. He was literally like, "What are you complaining about? The doors were open at 5:07am". What he's missing is that this is a conversation that we shouldn't even be having because the gym is supposed to open at 5:00am! Not 5:07, not 5:10, and not after 5:17 as it has once before... the posted hours are 5:00am! As some of the other contributors have stated, with the notable exception of Theresa who opens Monday-Thursday, the rest of the staff doesn't seem to care. I have to be to work at 6am, that means 10 minutes to clean myself up after a workout, a 15 minute drive, opening the gym 10 minutes late, that leaves me about 20-25 minutes to workout, if I don't take a few minutes to stash my stuff into a locker before going up to the workout floor, and they're just like, "Well, we WERE open at 5:07. What's the problem?", lol. This place sucks on Fridays.

I come here with a valid guess pass & ID as said on the confirmation. I'm put through a whole 'rigamaroll' because I don't live in the area. I'm told I need to sign up and pay. REALLY???? 20 minutes wasted time. I was also called on the phone & it was not mention ed that I need to live in the area. Will be sending the District Manager a letter because this was utterly ridiculous. On top of that he claimed my confirmation didn't matter. Just crazy. Why offer guest passes. TODAY4/8 @330pm.

They have a pool and most of the equipment works. The facilities are not very clean, especially the floors. It has gone down hill.
