Glad there's finally 2 people here in the mornings when they open! There is one woman who is always here early and is always busy cleaning and organizing I'm glad she finally has some help. Wish this place was open 24hrs like it's namesake, it's so close to where I live.

It’s a nice gym however, it’s not 24 hours like it says… the gym closes by 10 I believe. So if you’re like me who likes to go later in the day because of work/College, you’ll have to plan and cramp up your schedule.

Some older balding white hair wearing a mask in all adidas outfit around 4:45pm-5:00pm was so rude and kept eye mugging us younger guys and getting all up in our space?? Like what the heck been going here ever since they had a kid care zone and that was like 8-9 years ago. Kinda ridiculous how these old folk really think they can own the gym.

Things have gotten a lot better here, they finally got Theresa some help in the mornings so she's not having to do it all by herself. I really think this gym runs better when there's at least 2 people in the mornings when they open. I hope they keep the schedule that way. I have also noticed paper towels and spray bottles have been restocked as well. The only complaint I would have is some of the machines are pretty dated and the fans on the nicer treadmills don't work. Other than that, I would say I have yet to run into a machine that is "out of service" which is a good thing as I have been going to this gym since July of 2022. I do wish they were open earlier, especially considering they're called "24 hour fitness", and I know there are some that are 24 hours but they're not called "24 hour fitness...maybe".

Worst hours of any gym. Close at 8pm on a weekend? Shouldn't close at all when the name of the gym is 24 HOUR FITNESS. Completely ridiculous to me.

The 24 hour fitness have the BEST and most exercise classes than any other larger gym!!!! I know because I also belong to LA Fitness, Fitness connection and Crunch! I go to about 6 classes per week. They have Les Milles certified instructors! Please join the gym!! The staff are nice and it is clean!

Bathrooms are never clean is stinky and only like two bathrooms open in ladies bathrooms it has been like that for more than 3 months also bottles of sanitizer ,are always empty or no towels paper can’t believe the manager hasn’t done anything to fix this problem .

No problem with the people or staff. The place is just so out dated. It doesn't feel like I can get a quality workout in and feels like I might get robbed here.

Equipment is very old and needs to be updated. Bathrooms are not clean and disgusting. I only go to this one when I’m in a rush for time. When will this gym be updated? Recommend going to the super sport off of plano parkway and 75. This place is ran down.
