Had to drop it back to a 3. I should start taking pictures of the empty paper towel roll in the mens room and pile of bottles in the pool area trash can. They blamed the abundance of paper towel waste on their own customers. It’s not a bad gym but, it’s legit living off it’s name. I’ll probably switch soon.

Good vibe. Everything feels like the 90s in a good way (aesthetics I mean). I like it. Not pretentious but everything is clean and functional. Hot tub is big, and that area is also clean. Staff is nice and the manager introduced himself. I'll put it to you this way, I pass up other 24 locations to come here.

I really enjoy this gym. It has good equipment wifi, classes, pool with saunas and whirlpool. Plus a lot of other areas I haven't even used. I workout then got to the saunas and whirlpool and sleep great. Sometimes I just go to relax in the saunas.

Gave 2 stars a year ago now down to 1. With the exception of Teresa, who opens on time and sometimes early, the rest of the saff is inconsiderate of customers time and arrive late to work and opens after 5am. Gym is dirty and sauna is a major code violation. Smells of urine and looks to be rinsed once a week. I've been a member for over 10yrs and the gym continues to decline. Members complain and notify staff of issues but nothing changes.

I have recently enrolled with this gym and although it gets the job done, this place is in desperate need of new equipment. It’s clear that maintenance isn’t a top priority for management and it’s annoying how these complaints have been said for years and still nothing done to address it. Based on my experience at other 24 hour fitness gyms in the area, this is the worst one and would rather go to the one in Plano off 75. Please do something about these old, rusted, barely working machines!

I’ve been going to this gym for two years now. It is definitely an upgrade from Planet Fitness and Fitness Connection as far as amenities and locations. My only complaint at the moment is that the steam room used to get cleaned regularly but in the past few months it has been neglected. There’s constantly dirt on every surface in the steam room and green mold expanding more every time I go.

Gym is alright but thieves make it a nightmare, everyone other week you see someone’s car broken into with fresh shattered glass on the ground next to it wondering if it’s going to happen to you while you workout, doesn’t matter if it’s broad daylight or where you park, too many horror stories about locked lockers being broken into as well

I've been to many 24 hour fitness locations over the past 10 or so years. I would rate this 3.5 stars if I could. Its not a bad location but much of the interior and equipment is pretty dated. Hopefully 24 Hour comes back strong, I know it got hit pretty hard during COVID and had to close many locations.

Weights are a bit aged, but that is my only issue. Clean gym with very functional and well kept cardio machines. The steam room is one of the best steam rooms in the 24 Hour Fitness family of gyms in the DFW.

Update your hours!Apparently every 24hr Fitness closes at 12am and opens at 4am now. I drove 20 mins to this location cause "it was open" I get there and it's closed! 😡 I have 3 semi close gyms to my house and all close at 12am!!!Thinking on changing gyms!
