I'm glad the sauna and steam room is back open but I'm sadden that they took away the kids club. So far it hasn't been super packed!

I really enjoy the gym. Never too crowded. Has free weights, machines, pool, sauna, steam room, group classes, and a basketball court.

Rate increase for ??? less hours of operation. Dirty , water stained floors, lack of maintenance on old equipment, no towels, broken HOT water fountains ... So! What does the increase pay for??

They charge you full price for half the amenities. They got rid of towel service and they aren’t even 24 hours anymore, yet the charge the same fee.This company is just a corporate cash grab.I give one star for the nice staff.

Since joining this gym I have had a great experience. The front desk staff is friendly and they have cleaned the gym regularly when I’m there. It looks like they have made some improvements to the facility as well.

This used to be one of my favorite places. For a while now they've been trying to get rid of the kids club. I don't think they understand how much thats going to hurt the members. Some days when I don't want to get up to go to the gym my 3yr old wants to go to the kids club so he makes me get in there. Prices going up and services depleting. First the towel service now this.... it won't be long before they will be closed for good.

(Potential Customer Lost) Today I decided to explore my options and check out 24 Hour Fitness. I went on there website signed up for a 3 Day pass (Excited) so I could check out the gym. However when I arrived I was told they aren't honoring the 3 day passes but here are some other options. The first option was a $25 day pass. Unfortunately we never made it to the 2nd option; I politely ended the conversation and proceeded toward the exit. Money isn't an issue, however If your refusing to honor your 3 Day passes, please remove the option from your website. I must say, I was disappointed! Guess I'll keep my membership with Fitness Connection.

Very nice staff. Love this place. I don't like that I'm paying full rate and getting charged a $55 annual fee when Jacuzzi steam room and spa are shut down and I cant work out past 9pm. Its been a hard year for everyone. I am so flustered about this.
