PERFECT CLUB! SHAY IS AMAZING WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!?

Kinda smells but has good equipment and is in a good location for me so that's pretty dope

The bath room area damage and dirty and the shower room water and handle broken And. The staffs is not help full if you ask any thing they don’t have an answer .No internet connection mostly and why the company forcing the member to watch only cnn and market report we like to watch fox tv also they turn off the fox channel if you ask no answer the branch is not well coordinate

Terrible sanitation in the gym and bathrooms, aging machines, some missing components or broken and not repaired and never repaired. Watch for grease from the machines so you don't get it on your hands or clothes. “24 HR FITNESS” but closes at 8 PM?? What a joke. Other locations close at 11, have better equipment.

I recently tried contacting a manager at this location to assist me with an issue. The first two times I called, no one answered. The third time, a team member answered, but when I asked to speak to a manager, he informed me that she was busy. He took my name and number, and assured me she would call me back that day. She did not. Therefore, I’ve canceled my membership, and have now found a gym with much better customer service.

On Thursday, June 8th, 2023, my husband and I were harassed and treated rudely by one of your employees, Adam, who forced us to dump our smoothie. We demand an explanation for this unacceptable behavior.For over six years, we have been members of 24 Hour Fitness and have never encountered any issues with bringing smoothies to our workout. However, while walking in and enjoying our smoothies, Adam approached us and said that we could not get them into the gym as he feared they would spill. We assured him we would be careful and not spill it, but he insisted that we dump it. We offered to finish the smoothie and then dump it, chases after us and insisted that we discard it immediately.We were shocked and confused by his behavior, and we felt intimidated by his rudeness. He said he was doing his job. However, we fail to see how harassing and speaking rudely to customers is part of his job description. I feel discriminated against. I failed to see the justification of his behaviors. Harassment of your loyal customers should not be part of “just doing my job.”I urged that your train your employees better or hire better people who are more accepting of diversity.

Well I am glad I read all the reviews before signing up for a yearly membership. Cleanliness and access to all facilities 24/7 is a must paying these prices plus an additional maintenance fee - which totals over 400$.

I would never recommend this gym!! They do not know what customers service is! They rip people off just to meet their sales quota which is disturbing!! My credit card was charged to pay off someone's membership, which is fraudulent! I asked Krista the store manger to reimburse me, and she told me that she could not do anything, which is wrong!! Don't trust these people with your credit cards or account info!!! If this is 24hr's policy then I will not step foot in their facilities ever again, and I will tell everyone that I know!!

Great atmosphere, discovered some machines i had never noticed before.Also discovered the family bathrooms today. Very convenient....Update; i haven't been here in a very long time. They removed my husband's favorite Elliptical machines that were by the entrance! He was extremely disappointed! Otherwise all else still good for

It’s still not 24 hours, covid isn’t an excuse anymoreEdit: they responded and gave me a list of locations that are 24 hours, not a single one is even close to me. They also don’t have convenient hours at all, it closes at 9pm on friday, and 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
