24 Hour Fitness

The gym serves all my purpose and is a good place to workout. The manager Austin is engaged, unlike most 24hours managers I met through the years. I know most of the trainers, whom I find very friendly. I am not one who recommends gyms, but this place serves it purpose. It is better managed and some improvements have been made.

This location and 24 hr organization as a whole suck big time! They have gone down hill over the last 5 years. Membership dues continue to rise yet service greatly reduced. They don’t stay on top of servicing equipment, restrooms, or cleanliness. Air conditioning is set at 80°! Just a unfortunate disappointment to all the customers.

I Love 24 hour fitness Murphy! It's just one of those gyms that feels like home. The staff is chill, and the other members as well! Also the personal trainers are very well educated in there profession. Would highly recommend the gym to anyone!

Overall this is a fitness and health center. Please step it up with the cleanliness of the facility. Gym smells really bad, equipments are not wipe down, the locker room and spa conditions are horrible. I go here because it is close to home, but is a disappointment to be part of the members that is going here. Thank you.

I joined 24 just a few months back on an awesome special they were running. I really like this gym! they have tons of classes to do with all sorts of amenities such as the sauna, steam room, and pool! theirs plenty of machines and free weights to! The trainers seem to also seem to be very attentive and educated. and the front desk staff always greets me with a smile. i like all aspects about this gym! definitely a great gym to join!

I love this gym!! I signed up a month ago on a awesome special they were running. Christian at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything about memberships. They have all kinds of equipment, basketball court, sauna, and pool. It’s always clean, they have a cleaning crew on site all day. And they have Personal Trainers with all kinds of plans. Adam the Fitness manager was very helpful with my questions about certain machines. Very nice gym! Service is a priority here for sure!

I have been a member at 24 hour fitness prior to today, a lot has changed with the gym over time. But the staff have continued to make sure excellent service is given. Needless to say the gym is awesome, with everything you could possibly need.Today, I went in to reup my membership and had an excellent experience with the young man at the front desk, Cole. He told me that he was from another gym previous and working at this one more recently. With being newer to this location, Cole still provided me with accurate information and was able to troubleshoot through an issues of signing me up quickly.Thank you again Cole!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of weights, machines, pool, sauna, bball court, etc. Would recommend.

Great gym, very clean. The trainers and front desk are amazing.
