The front desk staff is very helpful with anything you need. Lots of machines so there’s no wait times usually. These past couple weeks with the new management team the gym has been a lot cleaner ! Solid gym!

I was a member of 24 hrs gym before Covid, and I canceled my membership due to the store near to my home was permanently closed. Then I moved to Wylie, my husband and I signed up free pass to this store. However, I was refused to use free pass because I had membership. The another option is I sign up the membership today. I am frustrated that I have not seen your facility and why should I sign up today? Never come again! I will go another gym.

Update: There was a large deceased cockroach in one of the family bathrooms. I let the front desk staff know. 2 days later I went into that same bathroom & it was still there. So I told them again and it was removed. Taking a star away for the deceased cockroach that they couldn't be bothered to remove for 2 days. 🙂I go for the classes. My kids & I enjoy the pool. Some front staff are friendly, some are too 'busy' to acknowledge you. The family bathrooms are generally not clean, mold on the curtains, dirty towels on the floor. Not a problem anymore since there is no towel service anymore. The bottom line is overall, the bathrooms/locker rooms are not checked/cleaned frequently enough. The group exercise room, too, could use a broom through it more often. A few years ago my daughter fell & subsequently broke her arm in the kids club. When I picked her up after my class, she was sitting in the corner, crying. No one ever could tell me why they didn't come to get me. No one even thought to put ice on it. This is basic first aid. I understand that now the kids club costs extra. Dues continue to increase while amenities are removed. It is disappointing that the kids are only permitted in the 'kiddie' pool and not allowed to do any real swimming in the lap pool. There are many opportunities for improvement at this location.

Reduced lockers, unclean and outdated equipment. Took off towels, restrooms are always smelly and filthy. On top of it no more 24 hours; and membership price keeps going up every year.

Been taking amenities away and raising prices. Basketball court has no ventilation and is always dirty. Either pay more and go to Lifetime or save some money and go to Workout anytime. Aren’t even 24 hours anymore. Place has really gone downhill.

I work out at this gym and at Lifetime as I like to switch up my workouts. Even though I pay double at Lifetime I prefer 24. I've been a member here for over five years. It's less crowded, higher ceilings make it less claustrophobic, music isn't always blasting and the weight equipment is comparable. Also, it's obvious that the new management team is working hard as the two guys in charge are very hands-on.

I would give the staff 5 stars as they deserve.1 star is for the showers, which are gross. You would think that in the months the facility was closed, the showers would have been repaired and sparkling clean. To the contrary, the soap is all clogged and the holders grossly dirty; everything looks slimy and unhealthy, scary to touch. I really love the young people working there and everything is clean and sanitized, except for the showers!I hope they will take care of the showers as well.

I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since April. After numerous calls to the 1-800 number with no avail I called the gym. They recommend I cancel online, however, the online portal does not allow me to cancel. When I called the center back they told me that is common and to come in.I finally got a chance to go to the center the employee was apprehensive on canceling my membership. He refused to refund the charge from July and August and let me speak to the GM. The GM lacked ability to do anything other than sign members up for memberships. He told me to call the 1-800 number and when I told him customer service is closed he shrugged his shoulders. As I was leaving the gym the General Manager snickered. He lacked professionalism and empathy to the situation. As a previous employee of 24 Hour Fitness there mission is only to sell memberships and overpriced personal training. Customer service and retention is not a mission.I expect to see a class action-lawsuit filled against 24-Hour for the inability to cancel memberships, lack of customer service and continuing charging members monthly dues.

Great community of people work out here. Strong group fitness class schedule. A knowledgeable and friendly team of personal trainers. Loving and loyal kids club team members as well.

Absolute worst experience. Said they would cancel my membership, saw my card got charged, manager said he never got the message and can’t cancel over the phone. DO NOT TRUST THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO CANCEL, MUST GO CANCEL IN PERSON!!! Stay away! Try planet fitness, fitness connection, anywhere but here!!
