Beside the disgusting smell at the men's shower area, the dryer NEVER works.I was out of luck when I forgot to bring an extra set of towels to the wet area since the club stop stocking clean towels in the shower area. The only two options I had are, put on my sweaty, dripping water workout short after I alredy taken a shower and go get a towel from the front desk, or put on my work clothes on and head to work :(The front desk treats the gym members as if they are doing them a favor (not all of them to be fair).PLEASE FIX THE DRYER IN THE MEN'S BATHROOM.Big shout out to the trainers team, all of them are fiendly and super helpful.This has been going now for over 2 month.Today is October 5th, I will keep you guys updated for how long it will take to get A DRYER fixed.

I went ther today and was told I wasn't allowed to work out therr because I had a sport membership. I work out at the one IN richardson which is apparently sport and it's about oh, 3x better than this one in murphy. There's no comparison.

Mens bathroom dirty always, not single trade mill TV 's audio working for last 6 months, steam room very stinky, zakuzi is not working since last 3 weeks, very bad management

The gym is nasty, the mirrors have had the same scum on them for two years, same hand prints up high, the floors are not clean, sweat spots that are always in the same spots. I am worried about getting a staph infection by using the facility. I complained to corporate and to management via email and never got any response!I am changing gyms

When I took membership for My kids, They promised me that if I found it not worthy or I don't want to continue, I can cancel at any time before 30 Days, and after few days I started calling them to Cancel but nobody is picking up the phone in that department, when I select the new member request they pick the phone quick and they say I have to talk to the "Cancel Service " department. again this exercise went on for quite some time, and Finally I spent a day dedicated for this and got to talk to them, then the rep. said He want to speak to my son who is the member, I said I am the one paying and given Consent. He said he cannot cancel unless he speak to my son who was at his School at that time. Then when I went to the Murphy Center, they said even they cannot get them on phone, some time they call all day. So I end up paying for the entire year even though my kids are not using their service.

Great gym .. Would have given 5 stars if the AC was on at 4:00am. There is a lot of there at that time but it doesn't comes on till 5:00am. Also no wifi ..

My family and I attend this gym and it's great. The staff and instructors is very friendly and for the most part it's clean. I have yet had a problem at this gym.

The gym does not have adequate air flow for 6 months of the year (warm season) and it is very humid and sometimes smelly, reminding me of hole-in-the-wall gyms from the '80's. The ONE water fountain by the weight area is almost always broken. It takes weeks to get equipment fixed (I.E. the stretching machines have been broken for several weeks and they are often used). The men's restroom ALWAYS has pee on the floor around the urinals and on the urinal barriers/walls. The only reason this gym stays busy is people have no other large scale gym options close by.

Been a member for over 3 years now. The place is smelly and the staff does not seem to care. I remember them being out of toilet paper for over three days in one of the stalls. When I told the on-duty manager she said the supply closet was locked and looked at me like I was the problem. If I were the manager I would have driven to racetrac and purchased some toilet paper. It also takes them a long time to repair machines when they break. I remember a lat pull cable that was broken for over a month! They also do not have wifi. How much would that cost them??? Unfortunately it is the only gym in town.

Their Kids Club does not make accomodations for special needs children. That is just immoral and not to mention illegal! People with disabilites have the right to enjoy the same places as others.
