The staff and general manager are ridiculously unhelpful ironic that their job description is to help. It seems like a burden when asked to do their job, this place needs better training and as I can tell many reviews are saying the same thing which is unacceptable.

We liked the gym until the a-hole manager said we were training people with a total attitude when it’s called having workout partners. Good thing there are multiple gym options in our area.

DO NOT COME TO THIS GYM!!! When I was about to leave Phillip wouldn’t let me. He held me hostage at gun point and would only let me go if I was able to squat 945. I knew I couldn’t do it but I tried and shattered my femur. I had to be carried out by paramedics in an ambulance. When I came back to confront him, he proceeded to RACIALLY PROFILE me and banned me from ever entering his gym. This place is the worst, do not arrive, YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to leave this facility with all your limbs attached.

Awesome gym with plenty of equipment to workout with! Only down side is the bathrooms and locker rooms are almost dirty majority of the time. I’ve been to LA fitness and this place knocks its out of the park with space and plenty of weights to workout with. I think a way to solve their dirty bathrooms and reduce the trash is to replace their paper towel dispensers with air drying systems. Also updating their toilets and urinals with automatic flush because people obviously don’t flush after themselves.

The customer service was terrible. They couldn't answer basic questions about the different plans and pricing structures. Please go to the 24hr fitness down the street

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews today I went in for the first time to try out the 360 express program and the childcare. The front desk is so friendly. The childcare worker is extremely nice and caring. I tried out the 360 express program. Laura and Sue are amazing. They make sure you’re doing your positioning correctly and feels more one on one but still in group setting

I’m currently a member, when I joined this club was Everrything! A year later and maintenance and cleanliness isn’t a priority. There’s puddles of water at entrance of the sauna, also used paper towels littering the floor. It’s really gross and doesn’t appear to be getting cleaned at all. The staff are also too lazy to turn on the sauna at opening, that should be a part of the opening procedure. My husband and I are looking for a new facility. Overall they have great equipment but I like a clean gym and this one just isn’t up to par.

The staff is quite rude, especially the managers. The floors and bathrooms are extremely dirty.The shining stars of the gym are the amazing instructors!!I was lied to when I signed up my son. I was told by the manager to sign up for the $25 membership to avoid the initiation fee. Then I could whenever I wished lower to the $10 a month membership. However when I went in to do this, a different manager told me that this was against policy which had changed and quoted me two different dates the policy had changed. And he said the only thing to do was to cancel my son's current membership and sign him back up and pay the initiation fee plus first month. Which was much higher than when I originally sign him up to begin with. Why was I lied to and deceived?!? I was told that I was very rude by the manager even though I kept calm and was just requesting what was told to me in the first place.

Really nice club with all the weights, cardio macines, etc that one would need to get fit and stay fit. When I visited around 7pm the club probably had 100 people there but the club is so big and so many stations one would hardly notice. They have a turf field, sled, tires, resistance bands, you name it. Very impressive for a reasonable price. Pics coming soon.

This facility entered my minor child into a contract without his knowledge and without a parent or guardian present, which is illegal. The Club manager will not call me back or speak to me face to face about this issue. Believing that he handed over his driver's license and debit card to get a 5-day trial, my son went to this facility no more than 5 times in July, which the Club will verify. However, because the Club representative entered him into a contract that has a signature but not his, he owes hundreds of dollars and has been sent to collections. An attorney is not trying to collect a debt from a minor. Complete nightmare. Illegal practices. Clearly, no oversight by any kind of manager, owner or corporate office to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed.
