Love the gym, and the staff are very friendly.The bathrooms are pathetic, unkempt, and pretty unsanitary. I’m tolerant of many things, but got to take more pride in your gym owners.I’m a medical professional, and the wet sauna is way too hot. Inhalation burns can result from temperature that high. Turn the temp down in there, just a smidge or you gonna find someone down in there. Think liability owners.Equipment is usually in good shape, but if it’s broken it will be for over a month.Massage chairs are nice, and again I like the place. Got to improve on being sanitary (health dept) , decreased wet sauna temps (don’t burn your clients alive), and turn around on fixing broke machines. And then I’ll change this to a five star.Thanks.

Eriana was very professional. She gave us a great tour and gave prominent information about the different types of memberships they offer.

Over charged me multiple times for a late fee , i didnt pay for one month and they charged me 60$ plus the 15 for the one month that i did not pay , do jot make my same mistake and pay these people your money , also may i mention it is extremely hard to cancel your member ship youre not able to cancel on the app or in person you must call exactly a day after being charged again and then they will charte you for one more month.

At first this place was great. But now it’s a mess the restrooms are dirty af they don’t clean at all. The sauna hasn’t worked for months now.

Philip was very passive aggressive and not helpful when being asked questions. As a manager you should set the example for the employees and he is just setting up this location for failure.

They will lie to you that membership sign up is not contract. They refused cancellation in the store. Cancellations are done online, and you have to pay them to cancel membership.

Someone needs to do something about this new manger philip, he’s very disrespectful and yells at customers. Saw him kick out people left and right. Don’t breath through the wrong nostril because you might get kicked. Someone needs to dispose philip right away!

Great Employees and service. But I recommend to not get training here. Will low ball you on your financials and lie about policies, to get you to stay in the contract, but usually have decent trainers to stick with most of the time.

This gym is amazing. There is several machines for each body part so you never have to wait. Excellent cardio section. Great women only room is a plus. Staff is very friendly

I had a great experience with Eriana today. She gave a whole tour of the gym and explained everything in detail. She was professional throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions about the gym/membership.
