I’ve had SEVERAL issues with this location. After the first incident, is when I should’ve initially left. I’ve been a member of Club 4 for 3 years, once I moved to Dallas I decided to keep my membership because it was convenient to keep and anytime I visit back home I can go to one of those locations. The first incident my friend and I were racially profiled by Sokai. We called corporate spoke to someone and they never followed up. It’s like the situation was pushed under the rug. I started recently going back after months of not going. This time I’ve had quite a few run ins with the manager Paul. He has been extremely RUDE each time. I even had a friend visit with me one day and she said the same. We tried to get her a guest pass, her license showed her previous address of Dallas and he said it wasn’t local. She had just moved to Richardson (10 minutes away) we tried to tell him that and had proof and he still said no. He ALWAYS has the nastiest attitude which is absolutely ridiculous. Why do you work in customer service if you’re not a people person. My last run in with him was yesterday, he told me that I wasn’t allowed to record in the gym. Again, I’ve been a member for 3 years, I’ve ALWAYS recorded my workouts and have NEVER had anyone say anything to me and I told him that, his response “ Well I’m telling you now, that it’s not allowed” he said it in the most disgusting tone. If it’s the rules, then that’s fine, but the fact that he spoke to me in such a nasty tone was absolutely unacceptable. It completely ruined my workout. I will be cancelling my membership as of tonight. Again, this is the third time I’ve had an issue with him and his attitude. Him and his attitude needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY.As for the gym itself, the cleanliness of the bathrooms have gone downhill since the beginning. I will definitely be contacting corporate once again with hopes of changes being made.

This charged me $50 for no reason. Me and my friend both have memberships and we come here everyday and then I got a random call about how I brought an uninvited guest to the gym and that they're gonna charge me $50 or else they're gonna cancel my membership. I never brought a guest and me and my friend both have memberships.

the steam room at this place is constantly down for repair and always takes weeks to fix. It seems like it has been broken more often than not since the place opened. I give 3 stars for having plenty of equipment and nice staff. If the steam room breaks again within a month I’m switching to 24 hour fitness across the street.

WARNING: I'd give it less than one star if it were an option. Warning--this company will steal from you. I signed up for Personal Trainer and Member ship in August 2022. Lost my job and asked them to cancel --no help, they wanted me to pay over 1K to buy out contract. Weeks later I was in a car accident and had Dr proof I couldn't work out. Still they wouldn't budge on canceling the PT and membership. Tried more times. Fast forward to September 14, 2023...after calls to their 3rd party billing for membership (ABC Fitness), talked to the David Barron, Club 4Fitness Regional Manager, who now--after 11 months is soooo graciously going to stop my membership and personal training going forward from today--September 14, 2023!!! Which goes to show that the DO HAVE THE POWER TO STOP despite the run around saying "we can't help you". However, I'm still fighting for a refund. They've stolen from me for a year!!!!

I went to this gym because a coworker invited me. It was pretty cool! They open at 5 am which is ideal for me and my lifestyle. There was one class that had a virtual instructor and I thought it wouldn’t be good but it was a great workout! Overall if you are looking for a gym, be sure to check this club out.

Place is really nice and its a really good motivator because everyone around you is working out, the only issue I have with the gym is that I lost a item and the cameras showed that someone took it. But the policy is that if you lose anything its not their problem which kinda makes it for anyone to steal something. But James was helpful and I will edit it when I get help with my lost item.

This is a great location! It has all the equipment you need with low membership cost. I signed up for personal training with Luis. He's been great! I already feel myself getting stronger. He really helps you get where you need to be and focuses your training depending on what will get better results. I highly recommend him.

I’ve been going to Club4 for about 6 months. I had been working with a trainer (Janelle) and when my schedule changed, she connected me with Luis who was able to train at my evening times (8:30pm). He has been wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable with various exercises that target the whole body. He can also modify for any injuries you might have. You can tell he cares about his clients the way he explains nutrition and exercise and offers suggestions on things that will help you on your journey. He has even offered suggestions on how to get the most out of what I’m doing when he sees me working on my own, and he celebrates the small victories with you. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trainer.

I've not had an issue since I started training here. Luis is the best trainer I've ever had. If you got any type of fear of not meeting goals or working out in general, don't even worry about it. Luis got you! Very understanding and good at motivating you and pushing you. 10/10 would recommend. This is the most clean gym I've ever encountered. I plan on staying for LONG while.
