They have these water rowers that suck, I guess nothing can compare to the Concept 2 rowers after all. As previous reviews have indicated they have no 5 lb weight plates so moving up in smaller weight increments is proving to be difficult especially when they only have a very limited number of 2.5 lb plates available that get taken quick during peak hours.

I really love this gym. Love the people and the environment. I hate that they don't have 5lb weights. If they did I'd definitely give them 5 starsEdit: they have 5 lbs weights so they get 5 stars from me!!

This gym is new with and has plenty of exercise machines, dumb bell and kettlebells with plenty of room to perform movements, and many of a variety of cardio equipment too. Multiple of benches and areas to do other compound movements like deadlifts or squats. There's tiers of monthly membership from $10, 15, 25, to 35. I have the $15 which allows 24/7 access to the home club. When I signed up, there was a one-time $25 signup fee with knowledge of an annual membership fee which will incur the month after signup (of about ~25 dollars too). You can pay monthly by credit card, but will pay a $2-3 service fee unless you pay via bank account information. For the price and what's around, I like the gym a lot.

Cleanliness in tanning, infared and showers could be cleaner and sanitized. Everytime I go the guy is mopping the front where everyone is walking, but the general use areas could be worked on. They have probably every machine known to man kind which is great and the hydromassage is awesome to, with having certain disorders I wish it wasnt limited to 10 mins after a workout helps a bit but another 3-5 mins or so would be great! The pins to get into machines and bathrooms are annoying.

The only reason I signed up to this gym was the sauna for a reasonable monthly membership and it never works the infrared panels are mounted directly to your head so you can get your brain Fried the sauna door is not insulated so the heat escapes. Showers are always dirty and drainage clogged

Even though we had a bit of a misunderstanding in the beginning (which was awesomely resolved to our satisfaction), this location has gone beyond my expectations. To be honest, when it was being built, I was bitter. I wanted a Trader Joe's. I started to see how it was progressing and I still didn't think much of it. Mind you, I had never even heard of a Club 4 Fitness. I assumed it was going to be one of those rinky-dink gyms that wasn't going to offer much. But considering it’s summer in Texas and I do all of my workouts outside, I relunctantly decided to check it out because it's so close to home. As a former Lifetime Fitness member, in my opinion, this gym has it beat (minus the swimming pool). Steam room, sauna (which are yet to open, understandable), hydromassage, tanning beds, CrossFit amenities, barbells and weights galore, enough treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers and Arc Trainers to cater a good amount of people. The studios for cycling and classes are HUGE! The class offerings are pretty cool and can't wait to try my first in-person class (currently all are virtual). Also, they have a Women's Only area. I feel like I'm getting well over my money's worth. A BIG shout out to the front desk staff. Almost every person I've come across there is super nice and helpful. I almost always go in during the week at 6am and as I’m dragging my arse into the gym, I’m always happily greeted by Sithony. It’s refreshing. The entire gym is refreshing! I now look forward to working out and am Team Club 4 Fitness all the way.

I’m glade they have 24/7 as of today 7/15/2021. Harold was very friendly and helpful my first visit and the Asst. Manager Alyssa was helpful helping me with online sign-up issues. I’ll update my review on customer service, enthusiastic, etc..later. My friend did have great things to say about Chris but, he wasn’t there when I signed up.

Just signed both of my parents up for the $15 membership where it’s suppose to give you 24/7 access. However, we came there after staff hours and the gym was closed, just to find out the gym is NOT open 24/7 yet and we were NEVER informed that when signing up. Total waste of our time.UPDATE: the staff said the gym will be open 24/7 starting July 10. My mom came there July 11 just to find out the gym is STILL CLOSED. What kind of miscommunication is this?! Huge disappointment and a scam.

Great gym. Has anytime fitness beat with the green terrain. Has a boxing-punching bag. Gives you the CrossFit feel in multiple areas. Steam room is awesome and management staff and people there are great. You got every equipment you will find and more than even lifetime fitness for 1/5 of the price. And hydro massage is great also. They say you get, what you pay for. Well they’re wrong here. It’s a premium gym for low cost literally.

I absolutely love this gym. It's one of the best ones that I've been to, but my issue is being lied to. I got memberships for 2 of my brothers but had to cancel about 2 weeks after I got it cause they were traveling for work. A month later, my account was still charged $100 plus for the annual fee after I was told straight to my face that I won't be charged anything. So I called and asked for a manager and the lady i spoke to said she was the assistant manager. She told me my brothers still had 3 months to reactivate with no charge. So I let it go cause I know they'll be back by then and they can use it again. Well, that was a lie too! There was nothing else they could do either so all of that was a waste of my time and money. Y'all need to train your staff so they're not giving out wrong information and stealing people's money. People worked hard for it!!!
