The negatives about this chain always relate to membership issues. As for the quality of the experience itself, this location has very new equipment and a great selection for a variety of weightlifting movements.

Thank you all for not judging me by what I look like I am a plus size dancer who wants to lose 100 lbs and keep it off but I get discouraged sometimes and just stay to myself . I feel like all the world wants to do is judge me because of how I look . I want to teach dance but I know and understand I will never be allowed to there . But I still work out at Golds I was a member since they opened this location and had problems with staff in the past there’s one trainer who yelled at me before for no reason now when I go in I ignore people and keep my head buried in my phone because I have a lot of dances I am working on .

We’ll let me start by stating I came in September 14th to cancel my membership but that magically didn’t happen because they don’t have my form. The manager Dillion was the one who handled my cancellation. When I called the manager Ashley continued to interrupt me and not listen when I was explaining the events and claimed that it wasn’t possible. If you want them to take your money and steal your information you chose a good gym. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB.

I recently joined and I am so pleased with the cleanliness of the gym. I have started with Matt as my trainer you can tell he cares so much and loves what he does!!! I can't wait to see the end result!!!

I have been a member for almost 3 years haven had a prior membership with American family fitness center. The management and her staff are professional, amiable and work extremely hard. This has been particularly notable during this pandemic. The staff is continually sanitizing and monitoring to ensure proper PPE is being utilized. The facility exceeds expectations in all fitness variables!!! I love love this facility!!!!

Long time member and plan to continue. Owners have done a good job responding to COVID19. Owners have also done a good job over the past year or so in updating equipment, though some of it dates back 10 years to when they first opened. Mostly this is a good gym, a good value, and it's convenient.

Since joining Golds 6 weeks ago we were immediately approached by Matt Lynn who got us started with our appointments to discuss our training routines. He has been very instrumental in putting together workout schedules and diets for us both. Matt is a great asset to Golds who is very knowledgeable when it comes to helping the customer obtain what they need to succeed in their fitness program. Matt ensures that all goals set are met and that customers return because they enjoy working out not because they feel they have to. P S he is greatly appreciated.David and Gayla Traylor
