Immaculately clean facility. Staff is very kind, knowledgeable, and they are always on the move whether it’s to clean or restock. Management is very approachable and everyone seems to make an effort to build rapport with members.

Nice staff, friendly atmosphere ! Maddie made my first day back to getting back into fitness mode an awesome experience....especially since she found my phone( jeesh) and didn't make feel feel like a total gym noob!It is people like her that make planet Fitness the place no judgments are a real path in life!From all the Military Members around the world- and in Roanoke.....SALUTE!!

The best in the area. This gym has the friendliest staff. The gym is always being cleaned by a staff member and always is stocked with cleaning supplies for members to use after using equipment. Always enjoy stoping by. Management is also very friendly and approachable.

Just began my journey to getting back in shape and in good health and Planet fitness has the tools I need. The staff is very courteous and friendly, the facility is clean and the atmosphere is laid back. Orange ave location is ok by me.

The facility is very clean. There is lots of equipment to use, and it doesn't ever appear to be very crowded. The sign up process was easy-peasey, and I was working out within 20 minutes. If you get a black card membership, you can bring a guest with you every time. These guys make it easy to work out, whether you are a beginner needing to know how to use the equipment, or someone that has been hitting the weights for a while.
