Maddie was extremely helpful with with all the questions I was asking. She made me feel welcome and like I was in a judgement free zone!

A worker grabbed the machine I was using in mid motion. It reaggravated an old injury. I didn't realize I had made some noise adjusting the seat. I had alot on my mind and headphones in. I go Monday to the VA hospital in Salem to see if I have cancer in my esophagus. I was not mentally good. I could have potentially been seriously hurt due to a past injury on my shoulder. If the person got my attention in a safer way I would not be posting. Please be thoughtful of the mental state someone is in and not put them in a situation where they could suffer injury. Luckily I think it will be ok by tomorrow, I'm resting it. Exercise is all I have to get healthier and fight what ever is wrong with my throat. I'm worried.

There is no one to help you when there's a problem because Planet Fitness takes out double payments and then denies it even when you show them your bank statement that they did because it doesn't show on their computer. And when you call the number to Planet Fitness they tell you you have to speak with the people at the location because they couldn't help you.

The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Hope! I also appreciate that the equipment and surrounding areas are always very clean.

OMG!….Madison is the friendliest staff member I’ve ever came into contact with, all of the information she gave me about joining this planet fitness was clear and easy to understand and I’m so glad I got the pleasure of meeting a wonderful staff member that goes above and beyond to make sure her job is done right and her guests are happy.

Go in daily after work and am always greatly greeted by the staff; especially Maddie. This is by far one of the cleanest/nicer planet fitness’ in my opinion and am so glad I chose to get a membership here.

This place is great it’s really clean and an awesome atmosphere. The team there is amazing but there is this one employee there name Cassie that makes it happen I always see her cleaning and she is always welcoming and nice.

What a scam. They make it as difficult as possible to cancel a membership. You can't do it online even though they only accept online payments. You can't do it at another location although they constantly tout their multlocation benefits. Then of course when you do go into the original location you signed up with, they hit you with a "buy out" fee. What happened to the 19.95 a month "no commitment" membership? Same scam as gyms have been since the 80's. I thought they were different and had changed.... Lesson learned - a leopard never changes it's spots.

Clean, colorful and friendly af. Non judgmental, parking lot is usually pretty busy. Security in lot at night. I dig it. 😎Update, staying pretty Poppin every time I swing by. I try to even go to other PFs just to see if it's just as busy. They all stay clean.High five.
