Great speed and agility program that helped me tremendously for fall camp. Went from a 4.5 to a 4.4 forty just in one summer!!!

As a college athlete I’ve had my greatest jumps in weight, speed, and mobility ever since I started training here and it’s a great atmosphere where if your not moving weight then you should leave and hard work is the only thing that is tolerated by the amazing trainer Josh, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️‼️

This is one of the best gyms around in Southeast Michigan. Not going to cut you short on a workout. Very good spot for athletes to train because there are sport specific lifts and other athletes there to push you

Josh is the reason why I was so successful on the football field. Through his speed training and weight lifting program I was able to see a huge difference between myself and the others on the football field. The best trainer around, no question about it.

Currently playing D1 lacrosse and train with Josh in the off-season. Speed, strength, and explosiveness have all increased and I’ve noticed the results in season playing top tier competition. If you are trying to take your game to the next level Athletic Preparation is where it’s at.

This is the place to be. Josh is a great trainer and has it figured out. This is a great place to be to become stronger, faster, etc. The atmosphere is great with all motivated kids wanting to get better. I’ve had a great experience here and have became a better athlete because of it.
