I came into the environment knowing what needed to get done, but lacked direction, focus, and an overall plan. I was experiencing some mild health issues and needed that plan fast. Josh has given me that plan and direction and now I'm feeling amazing! Sleeping better, more energy throughout the day and improved mood are just a few things that have come of my work at A-Prep. Highly recommend.

I got introduced to Athletic Preparation though a friend of mine who had already been going for some time. Lets just say it was the best decision I've ever made. Its been about a year and the progress that I've made is incredible and i owe it all to Josh. Not only have I gotten stronger and faster but my confidence has risen tremendously. You just let him know what you're trying to work towards and he'll design a workout regiment that suits you perfectly. I can't wait for the upcoming lacrosse season so I can show my coach and my team how much I've grown. This blows anywhere else out of the water. I highly recommend training at Athletic Preparation.

The best training experience I've ever had! I was hesitant to jump into team training when I was used to one-on-one or working out on my own but now I'm so glad I did! Josh makes workouts challenging and, if you can believe it, a lot of fun. He's great at helping you push yourself and there's just nothing more rewarding than watching your body become fitter and stronger. It's also really great to make gym buddies who encourage you and welcome you into the A-prep fam. I wish I would have started sooner!

I've been training at Athletic Preparation with Josh for about a year now and he is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. He takes the time to get to know you personally and what your fitness goals are. I can honestly say that I am in the best shape of my life now thanks to Josh and the training programs. Choosing to train at Athletic Preparation with Josh has been a great experience for me. He's helped me develop speed, strength, and power specific for me as a college football safety. I really like the fact that he takes the time to teach me individually, and clearly communicates what I need to work on with my sprint technique, why it's important and how to execute it to get the most out of all the work we put in every week. I wish I trained here in high school and will be coming back in the off-season. One of the most important things I got out of training with Josh was the relationship. Over 3 months we became close and that really helped draw me into lift. It was a motivation to see him so we could get better together! He is a very intelligent guy who knows what he's doing. You would be making a huge mistake not signing up with Josh!! Can't wait to be back at Athletic Preparation!!!

This is THE place to go for athletes! I cut .15 seconds off my 40-Yard dash time over the course of 8-weeks of training here, and have never been more excited for my upcoming football season. My strength levels increased, I feel more powerful and explosive when I’m running and in practice without a doubt! My teammates and coaches can notice my performance on the field. If you’re willing to put in the work, they will help you transform your game…they did for me!

I spent the summer working with Josh who developed a custom program to meet my needs. I have been working out for many years, and I can say that I have never completed a program in which my initial expectations have more closely matched my actual results. I was very skeptical when I first began training because I didn’t know what to expect. However, Josh has proven to be more amazing than I could have ever imagined because he’s extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff.
