I had the pleasure to have Josh as my coach. I had a great experience. My Self confidence grew. The classes/ workouts helped me to realized that I am capable to get stronger while having fun . I have to say that Josh is a great coach !!!

Josh is one of a kind when it comes to strength and speed training. He knows how to push you farther than you have ever gone before and it's super enjoyable having him right by your side. It's been a pleasure knowing Josh for these past couple of years and having him guide me through the training process. He has helped me achieve success on and off the football field.

Josh is an excellent strength and conditioning coach. While he has an easy going personality, he is highly knowledgeable and motivated to bring out the best in his clients. What I found most valuable was his attention to detail on compound lifts and eagerness to learn and share new information that I had questions about.
