I started going to Athletic Preparation a couple years ago and it was a great experience. You get to work on speed and agility and also get weight lifting. Josh not only is a great trainer but he’s a great person too. If you want to up your game, I highly recommend this place.

Athletic Preparation is the best place to train if you are an athlete looking to take your playing to another level. Josh is an amazing coach and trained me for years. He helped me improve my speed, strength, vertical, and all of my stats across the board. With these improvements I was able to get college offers and successfully play in college. Josh really cares about everyone who comes in to train and will tailor your workouts to you and your sport’s needs. Josh is also extremely knowledgeable and will explain why the drills we do are important and how to use correct form for running and lifting. Would recommend Josh and Athletic Preparation to every athlete.

I’ve worked out in other gyms but never learned the proper techniques. My daughter began working out so I thought this was a great way to spend time with her. Little did I know that my workouts would become part of my daily living. I can’t say enough for what a prep has done for me. I am stronger, less inches and mentally focused. I have more energy now than I did in my 30’s. I have met amazing women who also help keep me accountable. I highly recommend Josh and Athletic Prep!!!

My Daughter loved working with Josh. His athletic expertise not only physically prepares these kids, but mentally helps them improve. His program helped her become faster and stronger. She was motivated to work hard, but in a way that kept her wanting to coming back. I would definitely recommend Athletic Preparation to any athlete looking to improve in their sport.

I began working with Josh 3 years ago as a freshman on my college softball team. He helped teach me how to safely lift, correct sprint form, and overall structured workouts specifically to make me better at my sport. Athletic Preparation is owned and operated by a highly knowledgeable trainer, Josh Gibson. He is amazing at tailoring workouts to each individual and their needs/abilities. Both of my sons work out with Josh, and their bodies have been truly transformed. The results both experienced were incredible. I, a mom in her 50s, have also worked out with Josh for 3 years.
