Recommended by my friend Kim, I joined the 5:30am workout class in July 2016. Working 40+ hours at a desk job, I felt myself dwindling away. The AM workout gets me pumped and ready for the day/week. Josh is an amazing trainer, pushing us to levels we didn't think obtainable "at our age." I am stronger than I've ever been in my life. I love my morning ladies, we have a lot of fun in between the hard work, and established great friendships in the process.

Athletic preperation is a great gym to work out at! It's a perfect place for young athletes and adults of any level to perform to their potential. It has a very enthusiastic atomosphere, filled with motivated and outgoing participants and trainers! Would recommend to anyone who is seeking to become stronger, faster, or even just want to improve their overall quality of life!

I was looking for a speed and agility trainer near me and I found out about Athletic Preparation through a friend who was already working out there. Once I came here for the first session I was hooked! After training for 5 months, my sprint times went down .10, my vertical jump went up 4 inches and I gained 20 pounds to get ready for college football. The workouts are fun and challenging plus it's a really fun atmosphere that pushes during your training - I'll be back in the winter for more!

As a college safety, I was looking to improve my speed and strength while also getting bigger. With Josh’s help I was able to cut .2 seconds off my 40, add 4 inches to my vert, added 20 pounds of muscle and all my main lifts went up. Great group of athletes and coaches to train with, highly recommend for any serious athlete.

I had aspirations of getting stronger and faster in order to have a chance of playing college football. Over the course of the summer, I was able to shave .2 seconds off of my 40 yard dash and went up 35 lbs on my bench. Now I am playing college football at the NAIA level. Without Josh's help, I would not be at where I am today. I would definitely recommend Athletic Preparation for any athlete trying to improve. Whether you are an experienced weight lifter, or if you just want to get started, Josh will give you the workout plans to accomplish what you want to achieve.
