This is the reason I won’t pay them happened to be traveling and honestly my home gym didn’t care. So I have used it, she was uptight and mean for no reason making comments like she owned planet. Come here have fun but she’s not king and commander of earth nice place poor customer service

if i could give 0 i would. talked to the assistant and general. talked to me like i was silly. took my money after i was told they weren’t. nothing they could do for me. 10/10 don’t recommend. read the reviews about their refund isssues and should have listened.
