They said that you can cancel at any time, this is a lie. I went directly to the Auburn Hills club to cancel where they made me sign the cancelation, however they continued to charge me the monthly fee anyway and the manager refused to make a refund.

Pay attention to your bank accounts you could have a membership in your name you were unaware being charged monthly call the to fix have proof your never checked in and all management will say is I’m sorry that happened but we can’t refund you the 349.00) we billed you knowing you never attended any of our facilities basically saying oh well deal with it. Very very poor management and company that participated in Fraud and I’m sure they done to more people

Above and beyond customer service from late night shift worker Michael. Always clean with high quality equipment. can't beat the hydromassage chairs either.

Love how clean this club is. Drew, Sarah and Jaime are awesome and always make a point to say hello and share encouraging words each time I am there. Been going for almost a year due to the awesome service and black card amenities like hydromassage and Total Body Enhancement machines. Always willing to recommend this club to other people too.
