Friendly staff, was skeptical about it being in a mall but they made it so you can’t see in from the inside of the mall which is a plus! And it has its own outside entrance which is nice so you don’t have to go into the mall at all!

They just close whenever they please (were closed last night with no explanation) and according to whomever is in charge of their Facebook page it's my fault for not checking their open status on their website... You're supposed to be a 24 hour gym, I shouldn't have to check your damn open status!

Its been open about 4 months now. I love it. Staff is very helpful and kind. Equipment is really nice and the place is epic and span.

It's a great gym! The location is perfect because I work in the mall, either I'm here after work, or before & also the staff is extremly friendly & helpful, the people and the environment is nice as well! I'm really thinking hard on switching locations, the waterford planet fitness been my home gym for some months now, but this right here might be a change I have to make!.Najee Carter

New gym at the great lakes crossing location. This is my home gym and I have no complaints about the workout/stretch areas. The showers could definitely use some better water pressure !! It takes forever to rinse . Love the hydro chairs after a good workout !!

Best planet fitness as far as amenities and new machines. My fiancee and I try to visit as many times as possible each week. I love the treadmills. The black card spa area is absolutely perfect. I have been to many different locations and this one is a 5 plus star facility.

Great gym, very clean, pretty good set up.. except for the huge traffic light in the center. That's the only thing that bugs me about this place. When you at the benches in front of the dumbbell rack trying to watch your form in the mirrors all you can see is the brightest green/ red light blinding you. Like really could you turn it down just a bit?
