Use to love coming here. One of the life guards is prone to harassment, called the aquatic director as the desk people advised and never got a response back. Terrible customer service on that. Definitely unfortunate as my family enjoys this location. However I don't pay money to be accused of something that didn't happen. Only ever had a problem with the older white guy thats a lifeguard. No other life guard had ever approached us. Ladies at the front desk didn't seem shocked by my families complaint.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Well kept facilities and lots of programs and options to choose from. Plenty of onsite parking in convenient location for Greece, NY. Membership fees are reasonable for family plan.
