Planet Fitness

This club served me well for quite a while. However, in the last few months the club hasn’t opened on time twice (which is important to me on weekends because my days get very busy). I cancelled for this reason and told them that; However, when I received my cancellation confirmation by email they listed my reason for cancelling was because I was “too busy”. Seems like they listed this so they don’t look bad to corporate for not unlocking their doors on time. I want to be clear, I have time to workout and still do 4 times weekly(at my new gym). I cancelled because I pay for the bare minimum of opening on time, which you managed to fail at twice. I was disappointed to see Planet Fitness going out of their way to hide their mistakes after underserving a customer who had been loyal for 3 years even when other gyms are clearly higher quality. Well, I suppose you get for you pay for (or in this case, less than you pay for).

Nice, spacious planet fitness location. Gym equipment is well kept. The gym is very clean all the time. Locker rooms are spacious and well kept. Staff is very friendly. Best gym in the metro Atlanta area!!!!

Good gym. Friendly staff and machines/weights are of better quality than some of the other PF around the area. My only issues are the limited hours on the weekends and the smith machine bars are always greasy and slippery, making deadlifts and pull exercises nigh impossible without straps.

Ehh, thats all I can say. Very basic gym and equipment, and in my opinion, there are better gyms to sign up with for the price. I suggest you do your research before signing up.I feel like they often push how they are open 24 hours, but really they are not, they close normal hours on the weekends. I would keep that in mind if that is one of the benefits you are seeking.In my experience the staff have been friendly and helpful. Was a member here for one year and I've never had a bad experience.Not the gyms fault but I am always hearing about break ins in this parking lot. Unfortunately that kept me away from this gym as well.

Great gym for beginners. Lots of cardio. Enough machines to get a decent little pump. Not going to bash PF, but other gyms have saunas and swimming pools and basketball courts, etc, all for a very similar price to the black card membership at Planet Fitness. Had to cancel my membership, not seeing the value.

This was not the best Planet Fitness location that I have ever been to. The equipment is slightly dated compared to my home location as well as the other Planet Fitness just 5 miles down the road. The staff could be much more friendly as well. I was immediately put off by the woman at the front desk when signing in which is required for some odd reason even though I have a Black card which grants me access to all Planet Fitness locations. My experience was so lackluster, I decided to drive to the next closest location which ended up being a much more pleasurable experience.

EXTREMELY CLEAN GYM! Cleanest Gym/Planet Fitness I've ever been too! The staff is really nice! They always greet you when you walk in and when your exiting!They are always cleaning, it's spotless! I love to see the staff actually working instead of being on their phones.Nice up to date equipment, not overly crowded! Laid back comfortable workout environment

Love working out here but be aware! My car got broken into while I was in for a late night work out. (10pm) Luckily, there was nothing in my car for them to steal, but the damage was costly. The back passenger window was smashed in and the passenger door handle was ruin by a crowbar.This is not a slight on the gym. Their staff is great and the atmosphere is perfect for working out. I just want anyone who stops in late at night to take their belongings in or leave them at home.

Moved here from Alabama where I really enjoyed my Planet Fitness. Was gonna keep my membership here in Roswell...until I realized they had no wifi. No wifi in 2017 in a major gym? Sounds more like Planet Cheapy Cheap. And to make it worse...THERE IS NO SOAP IN THE SHOWERS. Let me repeat: THERE IS NO SOAP IN THE SHOWERS. This wasn't just a one day thing: the staff at the front desk confirmed the owner has chosen not to put soap in the showers. Hey Planet Fitness Roswell: for the money I would've paid you to continue my membership, you could've paid for the soap AND had a lot left over to put toward wifi. Bye, Planet Fitness!

I wish I could give this location no stars or less. When I first signed up I was going all the time and not getting any results then I tried to get a trainer to help me and he seemed uninterested in helping me. So I started looking at outside resources to come up with workout plans and it worked, I lost 40 pounds. The bad part is that I never canceled my membership out of fear of the $58 dollar fee. So now it’s been 3 months and I finally go in to cancel and the guy at the counter was helpful but was unable to fix my problem. Then the manager steps in ( didn’t introduce herself) and said in a loud tone that my card was declined and didn’t ask about my form of payment. After explaining that the card was canceled and that they could use banking information that was already in the system , she then told me I would still have to pay the late fee. With all these being said I’m sure everyone involved was just following policy and procedures but have a little more understanding and if possible help those who need help.
