Great place to work out, staff and clients are laid back. Most importantly, clients follow gym etiquette. No clowns in this place.

Signed up for black card membership online and was auto-assigned to this location almost an hour from my house. Contacted the club and was initially told I could go to another one to have the membership transferred. At the new club, I was told my home club had to initiate the transfer. Contacted them again and was told I needed to cancel and then rejoin at another location. Would not accept a letter so I had to go in person even though the distance was the reason I needed to cancel. Once the cancellation was processed my account was unlinked from the app even though I have 2 weeks remaining on my membership, making it difficult to enter the clubs since not all personnel seems to be trained to handle this situation.

some of the worst, loudest music of any gym I’ve been towhy don’t you just play some background instrumental/elevator/lofi music on low volume?people are already listening to their own music. do you want us to burst our eardrums by raising our volume to drown out your music? jeezplus no free barbells only smith machines 🤦♂️

It’s 7:30am on Saturday. They supposed to be open 30 min ago. It’s not the first time that happens. I’ve seen more than 20 people leaving after waiting for a while, all of them angry.

A bit smaller than I expected from seeing it from the outside but the warm welcome I got coming in the door really surprised me as I'm not used to that from other locations.Very nice restrooms and showers with constant hot water. On the day I visited one shower head was missing.The usual suspects of your equipment is here didn't get a chance to visit the black card area I will have to next visit
