This gym was always ok. Probably worth the $20 a month. Usually pretty open in the mornings when I would go and not too packed. Biggest issue I had was the shower curtains always had mold on them until they would change them out (once every 3 months or so).However, since covid hit I have not gone to the gym. Obviously paying for nothing. I've been out of state so can't cancel. I was back at home for the weekend and tried to go in and cancel and the guy at the counter wouldn't let me be cause they only do cancellations M-F when the general manager is in.....Check the PF FAQ, it says to cancel either go into the gym or send a certified letter. Doesn't say go into the gym M-F 9-5 when the GM is in.Now it appears my only option is to do the certified letter dance, which I'm sure based on this other situation will be a whole other nightmare. PF why you gotta be like this? I've said nothing but good things about you as a good budget friendly gym to get back in shape. If nothing else you should make cancelling easy during a respiratory pandemic. Dissapointed in you.

I canceled my gym membership on time with the manager's advice and they still withdrew the $39.99 out of my account. It's been way over a month and I still haven't received my refund. The manager called corporate and said the refund was approved but they were behind on processing refunds but it's been 8 weeks today. It's a great gym and location and I was barely going once covid began. And the masks wasn't being enforced in the gym. The 2 star is because of the refund not the gym or staff

My go to location, even though my home gym is in Chamblee. It’s never super crowded, they have a good selection of (updated) machines and the staff is always very helpful and courteous. Cleanliness is up to par & the mask policies are enforced. Keep up the great work!

The team is always super friendly. They, along with a majority of the people working out there, do everything to keep the equipment cleaned and wiped down after use.I, along with most folks, wear a mask while working out.Overall, they make you feel safe and judgement free.

This is probably the best planet fitness I have been to. They treated me as if they knew me. Very kind and considerate. They were also very helpful. I may be transferring to this location. It’s a further drive than my home gym but it’s worth it. Thank you Demarcus, Ronald, and Victoria for such a great experience today. Blessings!

I dont work out, but place seems top notch and laid back. Great equipment, including massage chairs and tables.

One of the best PF's I've visited. It wasn't too busy, was really clean, and had updated machines. I'll definitely visit again.

Fitness experts are very helpful. PF has something for everyone with different fitness requirements. Ambience is very nice. Adequate space for mobility.

They are very friendly . There’s one lady “who signed me up” that is very friendly and remembers me by my name . Before I leave they make an effort to acknowledge me and say goodbye . Good place to lift at

Giving it up 3 Star ! I have been there many times and looks everything is good like any other Planet Fitness! The only problem with this place is they closes early on friday/saturday and sunday. Its a fitness place(not gov office that closes early on weekends)...People should have access 24X7 to their fitness . Please take this as suggestion and try to make fitness place available 24X7 that way we can come and workout any time we like.
